Located in the square in front of the Santa Maria Novella Church. It was a bit difficult to find Hotel Rossoro, but asking nearby shops helped me find the way. The included breakfast is quite excellent, and the room is clean. The shower booth is narrow and the water doesn't drain well, but I guess that's to be expected at hotels of similar star ratings. Nevertheless, I was satisfied and had a good rest.

Located 5 minutes walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station
It was very convenient to bring my luggage from the station, and it was nice to be able to walk to major tourist attractions in Florence, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore
Breakfast was good, although not very varied

Stayed for 5 nights, its a chilled, quiet yet super convenient hotel with a bit of fun and luxe. Friendly staffs especially the ladies working on the breakfast. Small breakfast spread but have everything I love - eggs, crispy bacons, juice, cold cuts, cheese and very delicious fruits. My room felt very new, located on 1st floor where the superheroes greeted me every morning, Windows open to inner courtyard so very quiet. Hardly heard the reno works next door but we were outdoor mostly.

Hot and strong showers, comfy beds complete the evenings.

The family room is very good, one door enters two rooms, warm and isolated. Outside the window is the river, you can see the old bridge and the tower of the old palace, and the castle on the mountain on the other side of the river. The elevator is very small, and the waiter helps to send the box to the room. It is about two or three hundred meters away from the Ufez Museum, which is too convenient for guests who visit the museum in the morning. I saw the sunset and rainbow of the old bridge on the bridge downstairs, which was so beautiful.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 20+ trips to Florence. Everything was perfect: the hospitality of the front desk staff, the greetings from every staff member I passed, the breakfast location and selection, the room's ambiance with its curtains and high ceilings, the marble bathroom, and the shower pressure. Although I didn't use the bar this time, I've used it before and it's a very comfortable space. It's also super convenient, only about a 5-minute walk from SMN Station, and even with luggage, you can easily get to the airport by tram without needing a taxi. I managed to book three nights at a reasonable price through this site. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers and couples. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk staff for all their help with my luggage. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Very beautiful hotel in excellent condition in the center of Venice with a stunning view from the window on the Grand Canal. The staff are very responsive, friendly, accommodating. The breakfast is delicious with a glass of champagne and a good choice on the buffet. We would be happy to return.
