Amazing
JJiurizuyinThe location is super convenient! You can walk to Stanley Park, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the famous Robson Street, where you'll find plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's even a free shuttle to Capilano Bridge Park right around the corner, in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel, which is incredibly handy. There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, making this one of the best locations in downtown Vancouver. The service was also good, and the little handmade doll in the room was really cute – though it costs $40, which was a bit of a shame, haha. Check-in and check-out were both quick. The only downside is that the price isn't cheap, and it can be a bit unaffordable during peak season. But having experienced it once, it was definitely worth it.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

HHuizzyLocation: Fantastic! Canada Place, Gastown, and Stanley Park are all within easy walking distance. Facilities: Generally good, with excellent water pressure in the shower. Cleanliness: Excellent. Surroundings: Conveniently close to the subway line. It's just a 10-minute walk to the station for airport access. Service: Friendly and attentive.

JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team. Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey. Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome. I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

MMs KWThe hotel is conveniently located and the sky train is very fast. The room was larger and cleaner than expected, and 2 bottles of water were replaced every day. I use L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE for shampoo, shower and conditioner.

GGuest UserThe location is right in the middle of downtown. I lived there for 10 days, and it was easy to get on the bus, train, and sea bus. There were many places to eat nearby, so it was very convenient. If I had to say one thing, on the day of check-in, I arrived too early on a JAL flight, so I begged to check in early, but they kept saying they would check it out with a smile, and in the end, I was filling out the paperwork at exactly 4 p.m., so I guess they just weren't motivated to begin with. I should praise the housekeeping staff. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it seemed like each floor had a designated person in charge, and the person in charge on the 14th floor was very cute. Whatever I asked for, they did it right away. The best breakfast recommendation might be the eggs Benedict. The dish from South Africa that I forgot the name of and the salmon bagel were both good, but I just had the eggs Benedict. The fitness gym was a little small, and the machines were not well maintained, but it was open 24 hours a day. The pool also had no strict rules, and I was able to use it until 11 p.m. There were towels by the pool, which was convenient. I happened to get a good deal on a junior suite, so my 10-day trip went by in a flash. Next time I go, I'd like to stay in North Vancouver.

NNino RabagoI am truly grateful that the staff allowed us to check in early upon arrival. After a long 14-hour flight, that gesture already made our experience wonderful. The room is clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view is beautiful. My only small complaints are that there were no bedroom slippers provided, and the coffee machine only makes warm coffee rather than hot. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciated their hospitality.

GGuest UserWe have a bad experience with St. Regis. We told the front desk to help us to book a big taxi for 4 people to take us to airport in early morning, but the staff didn't mark it properly, when we double checked the 2nd time, the order wasn't there and turned out a small taxi came and they needed to reorder a big one for us. They mixed up the room charge, it was remarked to pay at the hotel, first time the staff gave us the wrong info that both rooms were already charged to my card. Then the next day, they said it was not charged yet, we told them we paid by different credit cards, but when we checked out, they charged both rooms on my card without my permission. Finally, they cancelled 1 room payment and charge it back to my friend's card. This is very unprofessional and I haven't received my statement yet and not sure if they really cancelled the wrong payment.

GGuest UserService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

AAnonymous UserThe room size was excellent- with a large bed, a seating area and comfy reading chair. It had an alcove closet with plenty of space. The service was fabulous, with the staff being very welcoming and helpful. The room service food was delicious and arrived on time. The only improvement I could suggest would be for better bathroom lighting in the shower area and perhaps a magnifying mirror for us senior clientele. 🙂 The location is great but the public transportation around the hotel is not so good. Lucky, taxi services are available and reasonably priced.
