"Not worth the money. The photos make everything look new, but in reality, the villas are outdated. The furniture and kitchen utensils are new and decent, though. However, before this, we rented a villa at Saturdays Residence, and those villas were new and fantastic. That one cost 20,000 RUB, and this one was 53,000 RUB (both for 2 nights). Comparing the two, the other place was much better and more modern. Also, here we had to negotiate for a late check-out; we had initially agreed on 2 PM, but then they didn't want to grant it, even though there were plenty of empty villas. Eventually, they did. There were a lot of uncleaned leaves around the pool when we arrived, which really spoiled the impression. For this price, the service simply doesn't measure up. Perhaps we were assigned an older villa because, after walking around, we saw other villas with less worn gates and doors. The mini-bar is also chargeable at this price point; they only provide complimentary water. It's worth noting, however, that they decorated the bed with petals for our anniversary. The bedrooms and bathrooms themselves were nice. But again, I repeat, it's not worth the money. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos; unfortunately, their villas are outdated."

"A great hotel for a secluded getaway. The staff and reception were friendly. We asked about breakfast, and it was delivered on time. The room was clean and cozy. The only problem, in my opinion, was ordering a taxi, but it always comes."

"The address given by the staff is correct. It is easy to find by car. The manager Jade is very friendly and the staff cleans the room every day. I am very satisfied with this stay. There are 6 rooms in total. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It is very convenient. I will come again next time👍"

"Honestly, I don't understand why so many people complain about this guesthouse. Its central location in Phuket means it's roughly the same distance to any direction you want to go. As for the accommodation itself, the staff are patient and polite, and it basically provides everything you need for daily life. The environment is quiet and clean. It's truly a great place for friends traveling together. If I get the chance again, I'd definitely stay here! ✌🏻❤️"

"We were with a young man in this hotel. Meet a hospitality host, added to the group with all the information. The room was most striking that there were all the facilities up to the mosquito spray (though we didn't need it, but the thing was very useful). The room itself is clean and comfortable, many different light sources. Also of the pluses there is a teapot and microwave, a refrigerator, dishes, glasses and dining appliances. On the morning we were brought breakfast, with different dishes for any taste. I also want to note the situation that important medicines in the room were forgotten, but by the moment when they were remembered already left the hotel, wrote the hostess about our problem, the girl organized the problem and sent to us a courier, for which great thanks to her"

"We took a spontaneous trip with the kids, without high expectations, just looking to escape the cold winter. But this villa turned out to be a huge surprise! The room had absolutely everything we needed, and there's even one of Thailand's top three viral restaurants within the complex. The best part is that since we were traveling with kids and it was a bit inconvenient, they provided all sorts of room services for us. The evenings here were lovely; my kids, who grew up in a big city, had never seen such a clear starry sky. We had a dreamlike villa experience. The owner is Chinese and, knowing we had a late flight back home with the kids, even extended our check-out time for free. Overall, the experience was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Next time, I'm bringing my grandparents to stay in their four-bedroom villa; that layout has a super large pool and enough space for four families."

The villa was spacious and clean, and with a private pool, I was able to fully enjoy the tropical atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive to every detail, making my stay feel safe and secure. The atmosphere at night was especially great. Relaxing by the illuminated pool was the epitome of luxury, truly extraordinary. The location was perfect, allowing me to relax in a quiet environment, while also providing convenient access to the beach and town via taxi or Grab. It was even better in person than it looked in photos, with an outstanding resort and luxury feel. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Phuket."
