Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us such a warm and thoughtful welcome—it really made us feel special. The amenities were excellent, and the location offered beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The resort is set on a hill, which can make walking around a bit tough, but they’ve thought of everything to make it easier. Golf carts are always available to take you to and from your room, and we never had to wait long for one. They also offer a convenient shuttle service to town, which made exploring the area super easy and stress-free. Between the stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend!

Little paradise Reasonably close from the airport, nice welcoming check in before taking a speedboat to the island. It’s a private resort which felt nice and quiet. It’s also kids friendly. Breakfast & Thai restaurant were amazing, we didn’t try the other ones. Anyway it was perfect and definitely would love to come back without kids

We had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay,from check-in to any requests we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Phuket – it’s an ideal resort for families. The kids club is fantastic with lots of fun activities and a dedicated kids pool that kept our little one entertained throughout the day. Adults can also enjoy relaxing and engaging experiences – we especially loved the morning yoga sessions right on the beach, which was such a refreshing way to start the day. The resort offers direct access to a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach, perfect for peaceful walks or lounging by the sea. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, great for a family stay. And the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options – something for everyone. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway in Phuket!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset. Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service. Had a wonderful time at the Pullman Beach resort. It is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean. If you get a newer and updated room, then the hotel is definitely worth the value. My first night I was in an older room, and I did not like it. The shower pressure was amazing in that first room though, and it was a beach view. Love the spa for a massage, but in regards to manicure and pedicure I will definitely never go there again. The lady was very rough on my fingers and toes but had a good attitude. Staff was attentive and all the food I had (breakfast buffet, snacks, dinner, room service) was amazing.

The bedroom comfortably accommodated our family of three, while the separate hall area could easily house an additional couple. The elevated location provides excellent panoramic views and delivers an authentic Thai local resort atmosphere that many guests will appreciate. **Service & Amenities** The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Room service operates until 11 PM, with housekeeping available 24 hours - a thoughtful touch for families. One pleasant surprise was discovering the resort spans multiple buildings across different elevations. For guests who prefer not to walk extensively, the resort provides complimentary 24-hour shuttle service between buildings and to the reception area. Transportation to Patong Beach (1.5-2 km away) is conveniently provided via free shuttle service until 11 PM, with Bangla Road just another 200-300 meters beyond the beach. **Dining Experience** The resort offers decent food quality, though options lean toward local cuisine. While vegetarians seeking Indian dishes may find limited choices, both egg-eaters and non-vegetarians will find ample variety. Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming. The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night. This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations. Now for the details: Cleanliness - good but not great. Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about. Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all. They allowed me to move to another room for the 2nd night so I’ll write a separate review for that one. In the meantime, if you are given room D-204 please be aware and ask them if they have corrected the mosquito issue in the half bath. Location - good. I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong. The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools. Service - good. They were accommodating when I asked to move to another room due to the mosquito issue. They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already. Amenities - excellent. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong. They have restaurants that are higher but not too overpriced. They have plenty of pools. There’s a spa and a gym onsite. Even an ATM! I take reviews seriously and don’t do reviews on places that I haven’t used myself at least once and preferably twice. It is intended to help future customers and also for the hotel to correct issues.
