"Traveling with my elderly mother, I requested a quiet room when booking. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, arranging a room on the top floor for us. They also provided detailed recommendations when I asked about local dining options. The cleanliness, facilities, and spaciousness of the room were all excellent, completely meeting my expectations for a quasi-five-star hotel. The views were fantastic. Oh, and if you're driving, I'd recommend parking in the outdoor lot; the underground parking is a bit of a trek. Breakfast quality was good. The location is also great; just cross the road and you're at Suochengli. Wanda Plaza is right behind the hotel."

"I added the front desk's WeChat upon check-in, and whenever I needed help, I'd message them. They'd respond immediately and come to solve any issues. They allowed me to check in early and check out late, which was a very personalized service. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Initially, I was worried it might be noisy since it's near a university, but it wasn't at all. The elevator requires a key card, so there are no suspicious people coming and going, making it very safe. Plus, the door can be deadbolted, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially for the price. It was truly excellent value for money."

"Although I visited early in the morning, they allowed me to check in early, and I really liked being able to communicate comfortably via WeChat. The young female staff member at the front desk spoke English, making communication easy. The weather was bad until the last day of my trip, making it difficult to enjoy the final leg of the journey, but they extended my check-out time until 4 PM for free, even though it was originally 2 PM. The room condition was excellent, and they cleaned it thoroughly for the entire two-night stay. The location was also convenient as it is in the Wanda Mall building."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations, with incredibly thoughtful details! When I returned to my room at night, they even brought warm milk, which instantly relieved a lot of my fatigue. The toiletries were very complete, and they specially provided conditioner, making it super easy to wash and manage long hair. Combined with a high-powered hairdryer, my hair dried quickly without a long wait. All the facilities in the room were complete and functional, and the hardware had a quality feel. I had a comfortable and worry-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"
