"Very close to the JFK AirTrain station, though there aren't many shops nearby. It's perfect if you have an early morning flight. You can get to Manhattan in about 30 minutes on the E line. Breakfast on weekends starts a bit late, at 7 AM, so I missed it... The toilet paper was folded in a fun way, and the room was spacious. There's a mini-mart on the first floor selling instant noodles."

"The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Times Square. The rooms are incredibly soundproofed, and the air conditioning is quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. There's a supermarket right across the street that sells hot self-serve food and salads by weight, at $14 per pound."

One shuttle driver was particularly warm and welcoming, but another came across as less professional, which left a less positive impression. The room and bathroom appeared clean overall. However, there was occasionally a faint musty odor in parts of the bathroom, possibly due to humidity. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable at times. Overall, the spacious room and convenient airport location were definite highlights, though service quality and some maintenance details could be improved."

If you're thinking of a luxury hotel breakfast, you'll be sorely mistaken, but there's plenty to fill you up with bagels, toast, a waffle maker, and cereal. It was interesting that there was a microwave in the room, although I didn't use it. The only downside, if I had to pick one, is that it's a bit far from the subway station."

"The overall service attitude was good, and communication with the front desk was smooth. However, there's no free luggage storage, which was disappointing, and the charges for storage before check-in and after check-out were different... The room was very small; even after paying extra for a larger room, the double bed still obstructed the bathroom door. Plus, there was no light in the shower. The ongoing road maintenance outside was also incredibly noisy."

"Overall, our stay was mostly good, although there were a few issues, especially at the beginning and with service. On the first day, we were assigned a room with no natural daylight at all, only frosted glass windows. This clearly did not match the online listing, which advertised natural light and a partial city view. After raising the issue at the front desk, we were given a different room the following day, which was fine. Service was inconsistent. On one occasion, housekeeping was completely forgotten. Only after a strong complaint at the front desk was the room eventually cleaned. Prior to that, we were told cleaning was no longer possible because all housekeeping staff had already left for the day, which was not acceptable. The room itself was well laid out and functional, though not particularly modern. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Grand Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Considering we stayed over New Year’s, the price was reasonable, which is a definite plus. Overall, despite the initial issues, solutions were ultimately found for all problems. For that reason, we would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars."

"Excellent customer service from all the staff at the front desk. Perfect location in Williamsburg at the heart of it all. The pod plus room is extremely comfortable and good value for what it is. The normal pod room is extremely small with a shower over toilet situation And better for a solo traveler, as opposed to a couple. We will be returning to the pod hotel Brooklyn in the future."

"Very well located bereeen Upper West Side and Harlem and close tò the tube, beds provide you with as privacy as a shared room can do. Vatious plagues available at the couch (mine were not working but they changed my bed on the spot). Reasonable priced lunch and dinner plates. The plus was the opportunity to have a shower on the leave coming along with the 5 dollari loker I hired after leaving the room."

"This hotel is located just a short walk from a subway station on 6th Avenue, and it's within walking distance of Times Square. After catching a Broadway show, visiting the Empire State Building, or seeing the night view from Rockefeller Center, you can easily walk back to the hotel. The streets are bustling with tourists, making it feel very safe and convenient. Although the bathrooms and showers are shared, they are kept very clean. This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's definitely a great deal in Manhattan."

"Considering the price and location, I think this place offers great value for money. The overall experience was pretty good, and it feels like it's right in the heart of Manhattan. I was here for shopping and sightseeing, and it's super close to nearby LV, Trump Tower, and Times Square. If you have time, you can even catch a show on Broadway."
