"The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle."

"The room was clean and tidy, with thorough housekeeping and no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day out exploring. Hot water supply was stable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. All the facilities were in good order, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The windows had good soundproofing; once the door was closed, street noise was effectively blocked out, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, handling check-in and check-out quickly. They were also patient in answering any questions I had. This place is highly suitable for both short trips and brief business stays, offering great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Liwan, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou."

"Upon arrival, I was offered a room with a window for the following day—a nice touch. The room is well-equipped and provides all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The shower has good water pressure, even on the upper floor, and the laundry room is very handy. Close by there are many shops, which is very convenient. I also want to mention the friendly staff, who answered all my questions and always had a smile on their faces. I would definitely come back."

"The place has an amazing view from the window in the room. Team service was great though it was a bit complicated at the beginning as we need to list down our taobao delivery order number and paid ¥1 for each package during our collection at the reception. Aside from that, the room was spacious, towels and all the amenities restocked every day. My only concern was the bed bugs on both our double beds. We hadinformed the reception via WeChat and the response was quite fast, the cleaning lady came in the afternoon to change the bed sheets. However the next following days we experienced the same bed bugs problem after sleeping but decided not to report to them again. Other note is about their washing machine, it has no dryer function, you’re expected to hang the clothes on a small window which very very dusty so this is truly not a good solution for your wet clothes. Eventually we hanged our wet clothes near the window with one given stick in the room. I wish they could improve these matters for their own sake and guests’ satisfaction."

The room itself was quite spacious and well-equipped with appliances, even a washing machine, which is great for laundry when you're away from home. The whole place was clean and tidy, not like a cold, impersonal hotel. The community security was also excellent, making me feel safe coming and going. Whether you're here for an exhibition or a short stay, it feels very much like a real home, offers good value for money, and makes getting around and living here very easy."
