"It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again"

"The room environment was excellent! It was very clean and spacious, with spotless bedding and a sparkling bathroom. The owner was also very kind; we arrived quite early in the morning and since the guest in the king-size room we booked hadn't checked out yet, the owner upgraded us to a twin room for free. Plus, it's very close to Harbin West Railway Station, near a subway station, making it super convenient to get to attractions."

"Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point! The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay. The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!"

"Booked a queen bed room without window but surprised to be upgraded to king size bed room with window. A little problem upon my arrival to the building as I was trying to look for the Sheng Ya logo outside the building. There is none. Just look for LOFT and go into the door on the right and navigate through to the lift. Some lifts do have the Sheng Ya (盛雅）logo beside the 14A button. At 14A floor, follow directions to front desk, where you will be greeted by a resident cat there. The bubbly young receptionist was friendly and she took photo of my passport as with other hotels. My room and pass code was sent to my WeChat in a jiffy. Loved the clean and spacious room, can even do your own laundry if your room comes with washing machine. Close to Harbin West Railway station and Metro station. I had a good night sleep after going for a bath house nearby (悦溪棠温泉洗浴）. Only downside， there are 5 lifts, can be a long wait for lifts and there are times when the lift stop at almost all floors. Other than this, highly recommended for single traveller to Harbin, value for money and conveniently located."

They went above and beyond by helping me collect my Alibaba parcels sent to the guesthouse. Big thank you! Room: We got a free upgrade to a bigger room because our original booking wasn't available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location: Perfect location near major attractions like St. Sophia Cathedral, Plaza Tuolong, and Yibin Store. Note: It's a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station (about 10 mins), but manageable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality."

"一般酒店住宿類的點評我都是實話實説，為了給其他遊客更多的參考。優點：1，地理位置非常便利，離地鐵口衹有幾十米，出門就是地鐵口去其他景點很方便，或者打車去其他地方都很便利，位置好這點毋庸置疑。附近也有小型商場和餐館超市，能滿足日常生活需求2，價格便宜，錯峯出行真的巨划算，除了週六日會上漲外其他時間都便宜。3，房間面積比一般連鎖酒店大一些。4，實際上很實惠，如果缺點可以接受確實沒毛病挺好的缺點：1，衞生差，雖然這個價格不應該太挑剔但還是實話實講，床品有些臟，衞生間和浴室打掃的不乾淨，甚至地面還有不屬於我的頭髮。床墊硬，這個是我老公説的，睡的腰疼不舒服。2，沒有毛巾浴巾衹有一次性浴巾沒有一次性毛巾，還好自己帶了毛巾不然真不知道洗了頭髮怎麼擦乾。3，有異味，很濃烈的煙味，大冷天開窗户快凍透了也沒散出去。4，隔音差，複式隔開上下層再單獨租出去，所以樓上聲音聽的見。5，是沒有交暖氣費嗎？還是有暖氣就是不熱，反正感受不到暖和，一直開空調還是覺得冷，甚至第二天都不敢洗澡。6，來了大東北好幾天第一次碰見要求微信轉按金的，這個確實和其他地方的民宿和酒店都不一樣，反正我去其他地方也訂民宿沒見有收按金的。每個酒店或者民宿優缺點都有，追求價格性價比可以接受缺點還是推薦可以選擇，每個人有不同選擇才會有不同層次的商家，選擇最適合自己的就好了，我衹代表我的角度發表感受"

"For its price range, this hotel is truly a hidden gem! Despite the affordable cost, the quality isn't compromised at all. The room was more spacious than I expected, and it had all the amenities you could ask for. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Even though it's not in the city center, there's a subway station right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. You get to stay comfortably for less money, which makes the value for money absolutely incredible!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – right off the Yangmingtan Bridge. Free parking was a big plus, and there were plenty of spaces. Downstairs, you could find all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, and food delivery came right to the door. You could even see the Yangmingtan Bridge directly from the room. It had a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels/bath sheets were a nice touch! And the best part: it's pet-friendly! Pet-friendly! Pet-friendly!"
