I often go there with my classmates and have stayed in several room types, all of which are very good. The environment is comfortable, clean and sanitary. There are iced drinks in every room, not only with a wide variety, but also at a reasonable price. Most importantly, the boss is very nice, highly recommended!

Stepping into JIJIA Hotel in Harbin, I was immediately greeted by sub-zero temperatures (minus 20 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff. They promptly offered me warm ginger tea and helped with my heavy luggage, all with incredibly friendly smiles. During check-in, they patiently explained local attractions, recommended the best time to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World, and even shared tips on staying warm – it felt like a family member was looking out for me. What truly touched me was mentioning, in passing, that my camera battery drains quickly in the cold. To my surprise, the staff secretly placed hand warmers and a battery insulation bag in my room, along with a handwritten note reminding me to keep my equipment warm outdoors. This small gesture instantly melted away the winter chill. The room was spotlessly clean, with crisp, soft bedding and no unpleasant odors. The floors gleamed, and even the grout in the bathroom was immaculate. The heating was excellent, providing a comfortable temperature, and the window offered a serene view of the snow-covered landscape. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy. The hotel staff consistently greeted guests and were always quick to respond to any requests, showing both enthusiasm and professionalism. In the icy cold of Harbin, JIJIA Hotel provided immense warmth through its exceptional service and comfortable environment. This incredibly thoughtful hotel will definitely be my choice again when I return to Harbin. Five-star rating! Highly recommended! Highly recommended!

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

The room was spotless and clean, exceeding my expectations. I was worried about the cleanliness and basic amenities since the price was low, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The room even thoughtfully provided a humidifier and a weighing scale. The bathroom amenities were complete. I was initially concerned about the cleanliness of the table, chairs, and bedside table, so I wiped them all down with a wet wipe, but there wasn't a speck of dust. Also, although check-out was originally at 12 noon, I went out and wasn't back by then. I called the owner and said my suitcase was in the room, and the housekeeper could clean it, and I could come back later to retrieve it. The owner readily agreed.

I stayed here on a business trip a while ago and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the city center, with convenient dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The room is simply yet warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep even though I'm a die-hard fan of my own bed. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the amenities are of excellent quality. The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response from housekeeping when I needed it during my stay. It made me feel right at home. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, making it a great start to the day. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip or trip!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient for getting around, the reception staff are incredibly welcoming, and the housekeeping team keeps the rooms spotlessly clean. Plus, it offers amazing value for money. Highly recommend!

Travelling together with friends! We sleep well~ the hotel is nice and clean and the room is big enough for us to open 3 big big laugage~ very comfortable, service is also good very friendly. There is laundry and washing machines is free to use, only need to paid but money if you want to use dryer! Suggested! There is a lot of restaurant around and bus stop in front of the hotel

The environment is great! It's also close to the school. I've stayed there many times. It's very convenient and you can also play on the computer.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

Very clean, fast internet speed, complete facilities, and very good service attitude at the front desk. It's super close to the subway entrance, and it's very convenient to travel. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. I will come again next time!
