I was initially concerned about the cleanliness of the table, chairs, and bedside table, so I wiped them all down with a wet wipe, but there wasn't a speck of dust. Also, although check-out was originally at 12 noon, I went out and wasn't back by then. I called the owner and said my suitcase was in the room, and the housekeeper could clean it, and I could come back later to retrieve it. The owner readily agreed.

The room is simply yet warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep even though I'm a die-hard fan of my own bed. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the amenities are of excellent quality. The service was impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response from housekeeping when I needed it during my stay. It made me feel right at home. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced, making it a great start to the day. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip or trip!

For someone with a lot of traveling experience yet always tight with my budget this was one the best place I have lodged in China here. Their services are good and they are very friendly and welcoming to foreigners like myself. They have 24/7 front desk services. The aunties there are very calm and understanding. Well it was really nice spending days there away from too much stress. Drop by to sleep comfortably anytime you are nearby. I strongly recommend the place. Luxury meets simplicity

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

What you see is what you get: affordable luxury, clean and comfortable. The only downside is its proximity to a main road and a construction site across the street, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. A thoughtful addition would be to provide earplugs! 😂😂😂
