"The security staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking care of every detail throughout our stay. It truly felt like a 'princess treatment' where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The concierge was also exceptionally warm and meticulous. Noticing we had a child, she proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Concerned that the children's slippers might be too small, she thoughtfully provided an extra pair of adult slippers as well – the attention to detail was outstanding. The restaurant experience was excellent, with an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The menu saw small updates daily, so eating there for multiple days never felt repetitive. They even included a beautifully decorated latte art yogurt, which was not only adorable but also delicious."

"The hotel is located on Sun Island, right next to the entrance, which is a great location. It faces the Songhua River and is backed by Sun Island. The scenic area is lively, with a night market and restaurants, and you can also rent bicycles for a tour around the island. The room has a vintage feel, mainly furnished with mahogany, and I really like the color scheme. I have some suggestions regarding breakfast. Firstly, the trolley for collecting dishes is too noisy. Could you possibly put silent rubber pads on the wheels, or perhaps the manager could experience firsthand what it's like when the noisy trolley passes by while you're trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast?"

"The overall stay exceeded expectations. The high-spec computer ran smoothly, with no frame drops or lag throughout games like PUBG, LOL, and various online games. The keyboard, mouse, and headphones were comfortable, and the chairs were easy to use even after long periods of sitting. The room was clean and odor-free, with complete toiletries. It was also soundproof and quiet. The front desk staff were responsive and attentive. It's an excellent place for friends to play games and have gatherings, and it's already on my list of must-visit spots."

"A stubbornly dedicated old luxury hotel, it's quite conservative in many ways, except for its new facilities. The price-performance ratio is good. The rooms (including every nook and cranny) are spotless, and the water in the humidifier is completely clean, which is very rare for a hotel at this price. The room facilities are mostly new or very well maintained. The parking lot in the hotel courtyard is expensive and requires an additional fee, while free parking spaces in front of the hotel are extremely limited. The front desk said the air conditioning could be used, but room service informed us that it was not."

The little girl received was very professional and responded super fast. The emergency service was particularly in place. At the same time, they took the initiative to ask me how I felt. They proposed that the room could be changed for free at the first time, giving them the right to choose. "This was my favorite guesthouse of the trip. The location is directly across from the Baroque Street and very close to several attractions, which was super convenient. We extended our stay for three nights. The space is well-designed, and the owner is very warm and thoughtful. I was extremely satisfied with the room's cleanliness; it was spotless and had no strange odors. The cleaning lady was particularly meticulous when tidying up the room."
