KKITTISAK.KHomeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Street Railway Station Airport Bus Store) This hotel is truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient, close to Harbin Railway Station, and the surrounding area is full of food options with many local restaurants nearby. The room price is also very reasonable and affordable. The service was outstanding—fast, professional, and very welcoming. From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt warmth and comfort. The hotel is extremely clean, and the front desk staff work efficiently and provide excellent assistance whenever requested. The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure was strong, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. Toiletries such as soap and shampoo were fully provided. The blanket and bedsheets were thick, comfortable, and of very good quality—this is genuinely true. One impressive highlight of this hotel is the use of a delivery robot. This is something Thai travelers will really appreciate. The robot is smart, fast, and very efficient, allowing staff to deliver items without having to walk to the rooms themselves. One day, when I brought my clothes to be washed, the hotel staff kindly helped wash them for me. After that, the robot delivered the clean clothes directly to our room, right on time. The service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, we could contact the staff immediately, and they were always more than happy to help. During this trip to Harbin, we had to visit a hospital because my partner had an eye injury. The hotel staff recommended Ming Ming Eye Hospital, which is a large and well-equipped hospital. The doctors and staff there were very helpful, even though there was a language barrier. We were able to communicate using mobile applications, which made everything much easier. Another great benefit of this hotel is the complimentary tea and fresh coffee available at the lobby. Free drinking water is also available at all times, and guests can help themselves. Lastly, we would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their kindness and constant support during our stay in Harbin. We truly appreciated everything, and we will definitely return to stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped with smart features. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The airport shuttle service was punctual, and they even offered a thoughtful wake-up call service in the morning. Although the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred meters. We tried a BBQ place nearby and the food was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm passing through. Highly recommended!

MM888046****The hotel is conveniently located right on Central Street, which was a huge plus traveling with kids! The front desk staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Even the cleaning staff in the hallways were super nice! 👍👍👍👍 However, I have to say, the facilities are quite old. The hallways are narrow, and the rooms aren't soundproofed, making it a bit noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider other options. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. The toaster was broken, and when I asked about it, I was met with a rather defensive ”explanation” from a few of the kitchen staff. Speechless 😓, and we couldn't toast bread for the rest of our stay 🌝! This morning, I also noticed the kitchen staff drinking coffee in the dining area – shouldn't there be a clear distinction between guest and staff areas? And the boiled eggs weren't fresh, as you can see in the picture!

11392550****I can't believe I booked such a great hotel for such a low price! They offer airport shuttle service and welcome fruit. It's really close to the airport, and the service is excellent. I loved it! My original room wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a family king room. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

AAnonymous UserThis Orange Hotel is the worst I've stayed in recently. The room was very cramped, and the breakfast selection was sparse. The only sausages they had were clearly 'tech and tricks' (a Chinese slang term for highly processed food). At my next Orange Hotel in a different city, at least they had shrimp for breakfast and more main dishes. I don't know what the designers were thinking with the spotlights in the room; they shine directly down on the head of the bed. Lying in bed with the lights on felt like being interrogated – it was blinding. But you couldn't turn them off individually, and the 'mood lighting' mode made the room too dark. The designer should really try lying in that bed themselves to experience it. My laptop could connect to the Wi-Fi, but my phone was constantly lagging. I stayed for three days and almost ran out of mobile data. I didn't look closely at the location initially and thought it was very close to Central Avenue, but when I arrived, I found it was quite far. I won't be staying here again.

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point! The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay. The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

KKyrie.LeeThe building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere.

AAgus99Our family of five stayed for 5 nights in Harbin, and it was absolutely fantastic. We received gifts upon check-in and again at check-out. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even offered complimentary rock sugar pear tea and afternoon tea. The room was very new and spotless. They thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. All in all, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

AAiershi1️⃣ The suite was very spacious, and my two children slept on the sofa bed in the living room (the hotel was very thoughtful and called me in advance to set it up). 2️⃣ There's a restroom in the living room, and a large bathroom with a shower in the bedroom. Having two bathrooms made me very happy. 3️⃣ The suite came with two breakfasts, and when I checked in, the front desk saw I had two children and kindly gave me an extra three days of breakfast, which I really appreciated.
