"Harbin was the last stop on our self-drive tour of China's Northeast. We stayed at the Novotel Harbin Central Avenue, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and proactive – their service was excellent. We had booked a standard twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge. The room's facilities and amenities were brand new and it was very quiet. The view from the window was also fantastic. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the quality was excellent; it was the best breakfast we had on this trip, even better than Atour and Fairfield by Marriott. The hotel is right next to Saint Sophia Cathedral, just across the street. It's also very close to Central Street, making it convenient to get anywhere. We spent several days walking around and exploring the Central Street area, and it's also very close to the subway station. This was one of the most satisfying hotels of our trip, and I highly recommend it."

"Fantastic stay overall! The room was spotless and tidy, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Since I was traveling with a child, I was a bit worried about a strong 'new renovation' smell before checking in, but my concerns were completely unfounded – there wasn't any odor at all. The location is absolutely superb, just a one-minute walk to Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. "The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel."

"The hotel facilities are brand new and the service is very attentive. The fruit tea in the lobby every day is a warm comfort after a day out. There are also private small rooms in the back area of the lobby that can be used for guests to work, which is very thoughtful. There are two minor drawbacks: 1. In the twin room, only one bed has a bedside lamp, which is very inconvenient. 2. On the first day of my stay, there were stains on the floor of the room, so housekeeping needs to be improved. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful, especially the unbeatable location. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Harbin in the future!"

"This time, a friend recommended the Qiantong Hotel in Zhonghua Baroque, and it was a very comfortable stay. They offer a convenient airport pick-up/drop-off service that you can book in advance via WeChat. The driver was very friendly. When we arrived nearby, a staff member came out to meet us, making it easy to find the hotel. They also have a parcel service, so they can even receive deliveries for you beforehand. They offer breakfast too, which I didn't get to try this time but definitely will on my next visit. The hotel's location is great and it's very quiet. All the staff members are incredibly enthusiastic; if they see you with luggage, no matter who it is, they'll come over to help. They even bring up food deliveries to your room. While we were out exploring, staff also came in to clean. We stayed for 4-5 days and felt very secure. Zhonghua Baroque itself is a tourist hotspot, with plenty of good food, shops, and souvenirs nearby. It feels quite expansive, and Daowai Old Town is already a food paradise, so all the nearby eateries are delicious. Plus, it's close to everything, not far at all, making it very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends next time! ^ui"

"I booked this budget hotel at the last minute for my trip, and my experience completely exceeded expectations! More importantly, it was exceptionally clean—the sheets and duvet covers were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. The attention to detail was impressive. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly without any disturbing noise. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Not only did they arrange a parking spot in the backyard, but they also patiently recommended nearby restaurants and routes, which was incredibly thoughtful. The value for money is truly outstanding. To find a hotel this clean and well-located at this price point is amazing! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to friends."
