"The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and served until 12 PM, which is perfect for someone like me who isn't an early riser. After this brunch, I was full of energy and ready to explore. The service is thoughtful and warm; every staff member in the restaurant had a friendly smile on their face. The 3D-printed yogurts in the pictures are incredibly cute; I took photos of all of them to cherish. Although my dietary choices were somewhat limited due to ethnic considerations, I was delighted to find Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles here. Their roasted chicken also tasted exceptionally good, and today I even had stewed chicken with mushrooms – I'm so satisfied! The room offers a splendid view, with the beautiful Songhua River scenery right before my eyes. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly whenever we met. On my first day, I even received frozen pears in an insulated container and a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. The transportation is super convenient; the hotel is right next to the river cable car, a five-minute walk to Central Avenue, and it's only about a twenty-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. What an amazing hotel!"

"This stay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt the meticulous attention to detail. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, and they even kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. I especially want to praise the breakfast at the restaurant – there was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. They even gave me a small gift when checking out, which was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat."

"Excellent apartment at a good price. The location is very convenient - the apartments are in the two towers of the Mykal shopping center, right in the city center. Tower B is on the Sophia side, and Tower A is on the pedestrian street side. We stayed in Tower A, and just across the road from the exit, there's a passage to Europ Plaza shopping center, which then leads to the pedestrian street. There are many popular shopping centers nearby. In the evening, right by the entrance to Tower A, they were grilling Chinese skewers, which was a pleasant bonus. The apartment itself was clean, and cleaning was available upon request. The towels were disposable but comfortable. Check-in was remote (we never met the host); they contacted us via WeChat beforehand and provided detailed check-in instructions and the apartment entry code. The mattress was very comfortable (soft), the pillows were good and flat, and the duvet was very warm. Our apartment also had a large sofa and an armchair. In the shared hallway for two apartments, there was a large refrigerator, a washing machine, several stools that you could take into your apartment, and a sink for washing dishes or fruit. The refrigerator also contained glass cups and wine glasses, which we really appreciated. We loved the apartment and will definitely stay there again."

"Good Side : The hotel staffs are very polite and the services is excellent overall. Rooms are clean and nice. But there are still some of the dowsides.
Downsides: First, the breakfast dining area is severely short of seats. Many guests came for breakfast but couldn't find a table and had to wait.
Second, during my 8-night stay, the coffee machine was broken for 5-6 days, yet no alternative instant coffee was provided. A cup of coffee for breakfast is really important for foreign guests."

"The projector in the projector room was crooked, and on the last day, it completely stopped working due to overheating protection. It's located directly above the bed, so I didn't dare to clean the dust. The electric water heater in the room is 50 liters, and the water temperature was difficult to adjust; a slight tweak made it scalding hot, and the hot water ran out very quickly. It was inconvenient to have to wash up outside the shower."

"This was my first time staying at a Mercure, and its location in Harbin's tourist area is excellent. The twin room offered great value for money. The staff were very professional. The room was a bit small, but well-designed, and surprisingly, it even had a mini-fridge.
Initially, I had booked a non-Mercure hotel, but due to a typhoon, I had to cancel it. By the time I rebooked, there were no twin rooms left. The lobby of this Mercure hotel was quite small, which made me a bit apprehensive at first. During peak tourist season, family and twin rooms are really hard to come by. But since I was traveling with elderly family members, we had to make do.
However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel is actually quite large with many rooms and excellent service all around. Our twin room was not facing the street, so it was very quiet, perfect for the elderly to rest.
My family was very satisfied with this hotel during our trip to Harbin."

"Our first stop on a family trip, the 1.35-meter twin room was perfect – clean and with comfortable bedding. The hotel's location is excellent; you just walk out, cross a small street, and in three minutes you're at the Central Street Madie'er Hotel. Keep walking and you'll reach the popular Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. The Harbin Museum is right behind the hotel. The service was great too; I needed to print some express shipping labels for urgent work, and the hotel staff quickly helped me out."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right opposite the entrance to Central Street, not the side with the Flood Control Monument. To reach the monument and the Songhua River, you'd need to walk the entire length of Central Street. The metro station is also a convenient 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, making getting around very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and we received complimentary Modere ice cream and afternoon tea every day. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bottled water readily available in many public areas. The laundry room was well-equipped with several washing machines and dryers, so we rarely had to wait. We stayed in a family suite, which was perfect for traveling with children, offering two bathrooms – no queues for the toilet! It's about a 20-minute walk to the Flood Control Monument and a little over ten minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. There's also a great local iron pot stew restaurant right downstairs with delicious food."

"I booked this airport hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations. The complimentary shuttle service was on-call and got me to the terminal in just ten minutes, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, patiently answering my questions about flights and storing my luggage. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly. It offers excellent value for money. This place is perfect for frequent business travelers and I highly recommend it to anyone with a layover."
