Find Condos in Berlin

"Great location and well-equipped, including a small kitchenette (though no chef!). The best part was the air conditioning – it was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Excellent value for money. Self-check-in and check-out were convenient. It's right on the border between A and B zones for the subway, and it's only a ten-minute walk if you need to catch a train. There's a large mall nearby with a food court, supermarket, and DM, making it super easy to stock up on essentials. I felt quite safe, as the area is all residential."

"We stayed in a studio with my partner and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was super friendly the whole time, especially the housekeeping team, who were always attentive and quick to help with anything we needed. The studio's kitchen was very well equipped, so we were able to cook comfortably throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless — you could tell cleanliness was a real priority for the hotel. I honestly have nothing negative to say. A place I'd recommend without hesitation for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Berlin. We'd definitely stay again!"

"The location is very convenient, the room is large, very new and very clean. There are snacks and coffee on the first floor, etc., you can take it at will, there is a laundry room underground, and even the laundry detergent is distinguished. The living room is large and the kitchen utensils are all available. Very suitable for families or multiple friends to travel. The location is in the Mi Special Zone, eating and drinking around, not far from the main attractions. In short, travel is a very good choice."

"It was great! We got a very spacious room with everything one might need during the trip. The armchairs were amazingly comfortable (we even want to buy the same ones for our home). The location is also great. And the manager was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience for a reasonable price!"

"Perfect location But not good service Coffe machine was broken 2 3 days. İt repaired this morning. They notted Out of order İ wrote down What a sh****😡"

"The studio is well equipped, easy access and clean. The minus is a little bit hot in afternoon this season."

"Convenient transportation, go out to the subway station, there are many restaurants around. Spacious room and good environment"

"Train station just beside the apartment. Walking distance to few restaurants and supermarket."

"Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!"

"I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable."
