LLet anA Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead. That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am. At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort.

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

YYIZHUOGood! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!

@@Danie1CWhat a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square. The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days! Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserUnfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

NnoobikisskissThe Telegraph Office was renovated I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬 This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣). The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌 It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed, the room was upgraded and the experience was much better. The bathroom renovation added points. This time I was told that in addition to the indoor swimming pool, there was also a sauna and a gym available. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserI stayed in Berlin for a short weekend as a female solo traveller and got so lucky with this hotel. I was initially apprehensive due to the location but took a leap of faith because of the pictures 😅 and I would stay again! Mind you it was my second time in Berlin so I am familiar with the city, but not this area. The area is a lil sketchy at night but you just need to cross the road from the subway station (which is a main road with loads of people around!) The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, amenities provided in the little kitchenette including teabags, nescafe coffee machine etc. Room was cleaned daily with amenities topped up and front desk staff were nice. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely return :)

One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the local area, including restaurant recommendations and transportation tips, was invaluable in helping me make the most of my time in Berlin. Culinary delights await guests at SO/Berlin Das Stue. The hotel's restaurant, Cinco by Paco Pérez, offers an exquisite dining experience, combining Mediterranean and Catalan flavors in innovative ways. The dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, showcase the culinary expertise of the renowned chef.
