"Good! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!"

LLamlamSinThis hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient. As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant. Overall, highly recommended as a base in Berlin.

HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.

GGuest UserSure! Here’s an example of a TripAdvisor-style travel review in English: ⸻ Title: Wonderful Stay in Berlin at the InterContinental Hotel Rating: ★★★★★ I recently stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for 4 nights during my first trip to Germany, and it was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is beautifully located near Tiergarten and just a short walk from the Berlin Zoo and public transport. I arrived late at night, but check-in was fast and professional. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English. My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. I especially loved the large windows and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and a deep bathtub, plus high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was one of the highlights — a wide variety of international and local dishes, fresh juices, and barista-style coffee. I also had dinner at Hugos Restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was outstanding, and the panoramic city view made it unforgettable. The wellness area was clean and relaxing, though the sauna required a small additional fee. The indoor pool and gym were great after long sightseeing days. Pros: • Excellent location • Amazing breakfast • Friendly staff • Clean, luxurious rooms • Great spa and gym Cons: • Sauna access not included • Some hallways looked a bit dated I highly recommend the InterContinental Berlin for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return next time I visit Berlin! ⸻ Would you like me to write a version for a different city or hotel?

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

@@Danie1CWhat a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square. The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days! Would definitely stay here again!

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

NnoobikisskissThe Telegraph Office was renovated I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬 This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣). The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌 It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha

AAllison_TravelsThe hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant. Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI have to complain about their service. On the first day of my stay, while waiting to check in, I was stung by a bee. The entire hotel lobby staff, from the manager to the service personnel, were completely indifferent; not a single person proactively asked if I needed help. When I asked the hotel's duty manager if there was any medication available, something astounding happened. The manager said they were sorry but couldn't provide any medication, and if I needed it, I'd have to buy it myself at a pharmacy (which I can understand, as medications should not be dispensed haphazardly). But here's the kicker: the manager then arrogantly said, 'This is a natural environment. Why didn't you wear your jacket...' At that moment, due to my non-native language skills and unfamiliarity with German National Day, I was speechless for 30 seconds. However, I immediately regained my composure and realized I had been treated unfairly, and this was blatant racial discrimination. This is a white manager who has worked at the hotel for 12 years; I believe he is experienced in handling such unexpected situations. Why did he specifically say such things to us, people with black hair? According to hotel staff, this person is usually very warm and thoughtful in their job. Why did he present such a cold and arrogant demeanor when dealing with us? Furthermore, the hotel has been shirking its responsibility in the subsequent handling of the issue. Ctrip staff have been actively following up for me, and I am very grateful! However, regarding this hotel's attitude, I will pursue my rights to the end, and I absolutely do not recommend anyone check in here.
