"The security guards at the community entrance are very responsible; they thoroughly check every person or vehicle entering. It seems there are many different property management units within the community. You can instantly contact the owners by adding them on WeChat or calling their direct phone numbers. They will arrange for staff to come to the entrance to pick you up, usually within about ten minutes. Your passport photocopy will be scanned and printed in the security office. The community is very quiet. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation due to the off-peak season, otherwise I would have loved to try it out. There's an umbrella provided in the bedroom, and all basic amenities are complete. The value for money is pretty good. I imagine the experience would be even better if it were a sea-view room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the water heater in the bathroom. If I have another chance to visit Pattaya, I would consider staying here again."

"This stay was beyond my expectations! Olympus Garden Apartment is even cozier than in the photos. The room was spotless, and the host was incredibly warm and attentive. Communication was seamless from booking to check-out; they even met us at the crossroads. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the pedestrian street. I'm very satisfied! The guesthouse is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The host is very kind, responds quickly, and helped us with all our needs and questions. It offers great value for money, and having tea on the terrace while looking at the pool in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The guesthouse itself is like a work of art, with a very European architectural design. There's a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, all free to use. Conveniently, there's also a massage parlor, supermarket, and fruit store right outside. It's worth coming back just for this view!"

"This hotel is a guesthouse-style apartment. Following the host's instructions made check-in very easy, and the host was reliable and responsive. The room's balcony is absolutely amazing, with direct views of Pattaya Beach. The three glass panels on the balcony can be slid and folded open, making it super comfortable to lie on the sofa. The rooftop pool is a shared facility and it's incredibly comfortable and stunning! Most importantly, the bedding was very soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It would have been even better if the bed was a king-size (1.8m)."

Just a few minutes' walk to the beach and Central Mall, this serene high-floor escape offers sweeping sea views and curated comfort. Imagine sipping your coffee with a breeze of salt in the air and unwinding on silk-soft bedding after a day of city adventure or seaside chill.
"We were lucky to stay in two different apartments. On the first day, we had one on the 26th floor with a gorgeous view! A big plus was the layout: the bedroom is situated in the middle of the apartment. After the entrance hallway, with the separate toilet and shower on either side, you enter the bedroom, and the kitchen is the final room before the window. Since there are bars and pubs in the courtyard, this layout ensured peace and quiet in the sleeping area. The apartment itself was stylish and cozy. Special thanks for the soft mattress-it was even more comfortable than the one I have at home. The second apartment was on the 12th floor and slightly smaller. In that one, the kitchen was first and then the bedroom, and the bathroom was combined. Luckily, the local bars were closed that day, so we also slept in silence. The check-in process was very convenient: you just pick up the keys from the mailbox following the instructions, and check-out is the same. No need to worry about anyone being late. I would gladly stay here again, thank you!"

"Wonderful hotel! Newly renovated, top-notch cleanliness! The location is fantastic, on a quiet street! 7/11 is literally around the corner! The room is spacious and bright, the furniture is new, it has everything you need, even a microwave! The plumbing is brand new and works perfectly! The most amazing thing is the private terrace! It stole my heart! There is so much living greenery, beautiful chairs and a table, lighting, and even a candle! The room itself has plenty of space for hanging clothes, a table and 2 chests of drawers! The lighting in the room is also wonderful, changing from warm to cool! There is a little bit of light during the day, but the light-colored walls make up for it! The cleaning service is perfect upon request. Special thanks to the girl at reception! She was very kind and helped me with my Lazada orders! The staff is very kind and willing to help! I asked for a hairdryer and I received it literally in a few minutes! I was very pleased with the security; the hotel entrance is secure, with a key! No strangers on the premises! I definitely recommend it!"
