"The room was very clean, and the butler service was exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous. The transportation was also very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs. Most importantly, the infinity pool on the rooftop was absolutely stunning for photos! It was a very pleasant trip experience overall."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"Staying here over New Year's, hotels in Pattaya generally hiked up their prices significantly. Compared to others, The Aber Hotel & Apartment was a bit on the pricier side. However, the hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The welcome drink offered at check-in was delicious. Before my arrival, I'd communicated my room preference, and the staff kindly ensured I got the room type I wanted. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning views – perfect for photos or just taking in the city skyline, definitely a major highlight of the hotel. The variety and quality of the breakfast were also commendable. What truly impressed me was that I accidentally left a T-shirt in my room when checking out, and the hotel staff promptly found it and contacted me, saving me the hassle of a lost item. My only minor complaint is the lack of a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I accidentally slipped after showering and bruised my elbow. This slightly detracted from the overall experience, and I hope the hotel considers this detail in the future, adding non-slip facilities to bathrooms to enhance guest safety."

"Liked it very much! Panoramic view on the city which is breathtaking in the evening and at night. Location was convenient for our needs, we also took a walk to Pattaya beach for an evening walk, we even come to night walking street, that took us about 1,5 hour but we like to walk. If to use tooktook you will get it in 20 minutes or less. Great supermarket Marko 5 mins away with fresh seafood, meat, fruits, beverages etc. If you want to cook something be aware that the knife is dull. Highly recommend."

"This is a very well-appointed apartment hotel with comprehensive facilities, comprising two buildings (A and B). The check-in process is a bit unconventional: you get your passport copied at the guard post, and then collect your room key from a self-service mailbox in the lobby. The rooftop pool offers beautiful sea views, and the city's nightscape is absolutely stunning. The hotel is located directly on a bustling main street, with Central Mall and the beach both just a 10-minute walk away."

"This is my second time staying in a room managed by this agent! They're quick to respond to messages! The guesthouse is in a super convenient location in the city center, about a five-minute walk to the beach! It's also very easy to get around by taking a Songthaew (local shared taxi) from the second road. Since this guesthouse has been open for a while, some of the facilities are a bit old. However, the rooftop pool on the 31st floor offers beautiful views of Pattaya!"

"I originally booked a different hotel next door, but it was so bad that I made a last-minute booking to move to this hotel in the middle of the night. Overall verdict: It's a decent place to stay. The facilities, as shown in the pictures, are quite modern and standard, offering good comfort. It's located in the middle of an alley, about a 5-minute walk to the beach if you go left, and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 if you go right. You can catch a 'songthaew' (shared taxi) from either end of the alley, which is very convenient. When checking out, I couldn't get a Grab car, so I asked the front desk for help, and they managed to get one for me. The service was excellent. PS: There's a big bar downstairs that's loud until the early hours every day. If you're a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room not directly above the bar."

"The condo is in the center of Pattaya, a good location for those who want to live in the center. Near the market and the Festival shopping center. On the 31st floor there is a good pool and a gym. When checking in, we changed 3 rooms and there are shortcomings in all of them. In all three rooms there is damage to the floor, in one the button on the washing machine is missing, in another room the shower door does not work, in another room there is not a single TV and the wallpaper is damaged. I want to note that the owner immediately responds and offers to move to another room. Thanks to the owner for his responsiveness."
