"Staying here over New Year's, hotels in Pattaya generally hiked up their prices significantly. Compared to others, The Aber Hotel & Apartment was a bit on the pricier side. However, the hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The welcome drink offered at check-in was delicious. Before my arrival, I'd communicated my room preference, and the staff kindly ensured I got the room type I wanted. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning views – perfect for photos or just taking in the city skyline, definitely a major highlight of the hotel. The variety and quality of the breakfast were also commendable. What truly impressed me was that I accidentally left a T-shirt in my room when checking out, and the hotel staff promptly found it and contacted me, saving me the hassle of a lost item. My only minor complaint is the lack of a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I accidentally slipped after showering and bruised my elbow. This slightly detracted from the overall experience, and I hope the hotel considers this detail in the future, adding non-slip facilities to bathrooms to enhance guest safety."

"This hotel has a high Indian occupancy. It's located between Second Road and First Road. There are two buildings for check-in, depending on which room you booked. From First Road, you can access the beach. The older building is closer to First Road, and the newer one is closer to Second Road. I recommend booking a room in the new building. There are songthaews (shared taxis) on Second Road, and a 7-Eleven right across from the Second Road exit. It's a reasonable distance to the two big shopping malls. They took a 1000 baht deposit for the room. Our room faced Soi 6, so it wasn't noisy. Overall, it's pretty decent."

A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. "Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk straight down the road to the walking street, and 5 to 10 minutes straight to the beach. The hotel also has a great pool suitable for kids, open until 9 PM, with a waterslide, a small sand pool, and a kids' play area. My only complaint about the play area is that the toys were quite old and dirty, scattered everywhere with no one tidying up, despite the facilities being abundant. The hotel exterior isn't luxurious, but the rooms are spacious, and there are multiple buildings with ample amenities. The price is reasonable, and the location is excellent. The only negative experience was the large number of Indian guests, and many women standing around near the hotel. In the evenings, we saw many South Asian men bringing women from outside into the hotel."

"I did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices. The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them. The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back."

"Great location! It's right across the street from Terminal 11, and a short walk to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel. There are songthaews (shared taxis) available right outside to take you along Beach Road. It's about 3 km from the Sanctuary of Truth, and you can get there by songthaew. Various shows are also within walking distance. The price is cheap, and breakfast meets basic needs. The resort seems to be mainly frequented by older Western tourists. Since it's an older property, you can't expect too much. The landscaping and garden areas look a bit rundown. It's fine for a 2-day stay! Check-in isn't until 3 PM."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I always check reviews when booking hotels, and this hotel didn't have any such issues. This was the biggest reason I chose this hotel. The hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were bright and spacious, with warm and comfortable lighting, and even had smart TVs. The hotel's location was superb, with a beautiful rooftop pool creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. During my stay, the room service staff were polite and attentive, so I highly recommend this hotel. However, on the day of check-out, the front desk told me that a bottle of mineral water (25 baht) and a box of condoms (100 baht) were missing from the refrigerator. This may seem like a small matter, but it's a matter of integrity. I explained that I hadn't used these items. Money might solve almost any problem, but for your safety, I suggest that next time you stay at this hotel, record the entire check-in process with your phone before entering the room and on the day of check-out, including all items in the room and any items that require payment, to avoid unnecessary disputes. This time I lost 125 baht. Who knows how much I'll lose next time I stay at this hotel? I vacation in Pattaya every year, and this is the second hotel that has impressed me and that I would recommend. Remember, to protect yourself, be sure to record your check-in and check-out with your phone."
