"This is a great hotel in a convenient area. I enjoyed everything except the breakfast. While everything was fresh, the breakfast was very sparse. There was nothing for my child to eat; they only had vegetables. For adults, the lack of hot milk was a big issue. If you like hot coffee with milk in the morning, forget about it. You'll have to drink it cold.
The pool is spotless but has limited operating hours. I would have liked to relax in the cool water longer in the evening. There's also a problem with parking. One day the lot is empty, and the next there's nowhere to park. It's unclear what to do about it, especially since there's an attendant who keeps jumping out with a flashlight, making it difficult to park properly and insisting on adherence to markings even where more cars could fit. The accessible parking is far from the entrance, and there's no ramp at all. There's no complimentary water in the room; they deduct it from your deposit."

"Newly opened hotel. The environment is upscale and clean. Breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. Excellent value for money (approx. 500 including breakfast during peak season in July). They have connecting rooms and strict security. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning is just right. Although it's not on Beach Road, it's convenient for those driving, about a 15-minute drive to Terminal 21. It's also very close to the pier for trips to Koh Larn.
It would be even better if they had self-service laundry facilities. The pool is small but beautiful, perfect for photos, but not ideal for actual swimming."

"Excellent city hotel! The bed, mattress, and pillows were super comfortable – I've definitely got something to compare it to. The bathroom was good, everything clean and new. The location is also great. It's a 2-minute walk to the right to catch a tuk-tuk, and for 15 baht, you can get to the city center, Walking Street, and further, depending on the route. Breakfasts were decent: there's a coffee machine, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, rice, chicken, vegetables, fruits, cereal with milk, and toast with various toppings. Overall, we had everything we needed 👍.
The Sanctuary of Truth is about 2 km away, a 25-minute walk. We also walked to the local pier where locals fish, and there are two seafood restaurants there.
After this hotel, we moved to another (4-star) for comparison. This one is not worse at all, and considering its ridiculously low price, it's very much worth it! 👍"

"The place itself was okay, but the day I checked in, I had a bit of an issue with the front desk staff. The person didn't smile, didn't make eye contact, and seemed really flustered and busy with many things, which I really didn't appreciate for a first encounter. It felt like they were thinking, ”Ugh, I'm so busy, why are you asking so many questions?” However, everyone else was great. I still remember that specific staff member; they had long hair and were on the heavier side. But all the other service staff were lovely, spoke nicely, and were cheerful and friendly. I'm giving four stars for cleanliness because when I opened the room door, there was a strong smell from the bathroom on the upper floor of the condo. Also, in the bathroom itself, some corners and crevices weren't very clean and had a slight odor, which wasn't ideal. But everything else was fine."

"The hotel's location is great, and the room is bright and clean, but there's a strong drain smell. It's convenient having a 7-Eleven and Best Mart right next to the hotel. Also, with Siam Commercial Bank right beside it, it should be handy for those who use Woori Bank. I stayed on the second floor, so I'm not sure if the drain smell is an issue on higher floors. Because of the drain smell, I'd probably think twice about staying here again."

"I spent a long time looking for a hotel to stay at, and my search truly paid off. My main criteria were cleanliness, quietness, proximity to the Russian Market, good reviews, price, and a balcony. This place perfectly met all of them! The hotel is new, clean, and has a fantastic balcony with lighting. The furniture and design are tasteful, and the shower is spacious. There's also a hairdryer, which was really important to me, and a drying rack on the balcony. Housekeeping was daily, providing fresh towels and toiletries. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable. There's no strange odor in the rooms. It's clear the owner poured their heart into this hotel. The reception staff are very friendly. The owner is incredibly positive and super customer-focused. He always checked in to see how we were doing and if everything was alright with our room. I love Thailand for their responsiveness. If we ever come back to Thailand, we'll only stay here! We'll recommend it to everyone!"
