The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, which made communication very easy. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. I highly recommend the massage shop next door – it offers excellent value for money and is a million times better than those in Bangkok."

"The location is in the city center, with many restaurants nearby, and it's convenient to call a taxi to get anywhere. The service is great, and there's also a gym, water dispenser, and ice machine. The room even has an external window, so overall it's excellent value for money! It's also very close to venues for shows."

Moreover, the views around the hotel were refreshing, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with family, a partner, or friends. Furthermore, the hotel's food and various services were also very satisfying, from the prompt service and courteous staff to the attention to small details that made guests feel special. Overall, The Cruise Hotel Pattaya left a lasting impression in terms of its location, atmosphere, service, and comfort. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay there again."

"The hotel is situated at the silent part of the beach and therefore it is abit remote from the main touristic spots. The hotel can direct access the beach which is a plus point. Amenities includes swimming pool and gym. There are 2 in-house dining restaurants which serves both Thai and Mexican cuisines. The breakfast are superb!"

"The extra bed costs 1000 THB/night. The two front desk staff who checked us in on the first night were fantastic. Their tone was calm and made us feel welcome. The breakfast restaurant staff and pool staff were also very enthusiastic and polite. 👍👍👍 I have to specifically mention a gentleman with glasses on the second day, who seemed to be a front desk manager or some kind of management. His attitude was cold, his service was impatient, and he provided poor service – the negative review is specifically for him. How can such a manager motivate the management team and staff? I hope the hotel GM provides more SOP training."

"The room was very clean, which is expected from a new hotel. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, and my English wasn't good enough to understand hers, nor was her English good enough to understand mine. It's mainly because my English is terrible. However, we could communicate most things. One evening, I wanted an extra room card, but she insisted I wait until the next day without explaining why. Breakfast was à la carte, only fried eggs, juice, and bread were available."

"Pros of this hotel: excellent location, with literally everything nearby – 7/11, street food stalls, pharmacy, laundry, cafes, massage, beauty salons. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided water and fresh towels. Cons: The bed was terribly uncomfortable with a spring mattress where you could feel and hear the springs every time you turned. The bed linen was torn and should have been thrown out or used as rags; some even had holes. The sheets were yellow from age instead of white. There were no proper blankets, just some washed-out rags that offered no warmth, and no duvet covers. They wrapped this rag-like 'blanket' between two sheets, like a sandwich. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. The pillows were old and lumpy inside, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Every morning after sleeping, I had neck and shoulder pain, and headaches. When I asked for new pillows, they brought us the exact same ones, or possibly even the original ones, so basically, they weren't changed. The area is relatively quiet, but sometimes you might be kept awake by barking dogs. Also, there are many Indian guests in this hotel who loudly shout and slam doors starting from 6 AM. The breakfasts are not good, so it’s better not to book this hotel with breakfast included. In the restaurant, the Indian guests are very loud, and there’s no decent food left for anyone else because they sweep everything away like locusts. Another huge downside is that the air conditioner is located directly opposite the bed and blows cold air right into your face. My child and I got sick the day after checking into this hotel. The water was very cold, so you couldn't take a proper shower in the evening, only a quick dip."

"I chose a studio apartment. No balcony. I got the 39th floor, with a sea view from the window stretching from the 'Pattaya City' sign all the way north. It's a 10-minute walk to the pier and 15 minutes to Walking Street. A Seven-Eleven is 5 minutes away. I liked the apartment; there are some flaws, of course, but they're easy to overlook. On the 41st floor and somewhere in the middle floors, there's a kind of observation area with greenery, where you can relax and look at the sparkling city. On the 6th floor, there's a small pool, chest-deep. There are 4 synchronized elevators, but you have to wait a lot because there are so many people. Outside, there's a medium-sized pool with a lifeguard; it's not crowded, and swimming is comfortable. There's one water slide. There are sun loungers and tables, some under trees and some in the sun. You can check in early, and the linen and towels are clean. Smoking is only allowed in one designated area on the property. Drinking is only allowed in the room or off-property. Regarding the sea – there's nowhere to swim nearby. Pattaya Beach is a 20-minute walk, but the sea is dirty, though not dirtier than Sochi, so swimming is generally possible. Overall, for 2,000 rubles, it's a great option. You can go to Koh Larn for swimming, and it's not far from the center. It took me about an hour to walk to Terminal 21, but a moto-taxi is 20 baht, and a tuk-tuk is 15."

"Highly recommend this hotel! It's super close to the beach, just about 100 meters away. The hotel environment is great, and the rooms even have large balconies. There's a restaurant right downstairs, and the owner is really friendly and helpful – just ask them if you need anything. Most of the guests are Chinese too. I definitely recommend this hotel; I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Pattaya. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍 Thumbs up!"
