New Hotels in Pattaya

"We traveled as a family and booked 6 rooms. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, with robes, slippers, towels, a safe, and beach towel rentals available. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff was friendly. On the downside, the pool is small, and they constantly forgot to leave tea, even when we asked. The gym is only 5 square meters (just for show, or to say they have one). Also, the staff tried to scam us with the deposit refund. The deposit for each room was 1000 Baht, so they owed us 6000. But they only gave us 5000 and then put on a show, trying to sweet-talk us, hoping we wouldn't recount. We stay in different hotels every year, but we might actually come back to this one."

"I especially loved this hotel, and for me, it’s definitely a 10/10. Here are my reasons. From the very first moment, we received such a warm welcome. Kik did a fantastic job welcoming us and making us feel comfortable from the beginning. The first four things I always check when I enter a hotel room are: good air conditioning, curtains that can make the room completely dark, strong shower pressure, and good Wi-Fi. This hotel has all four! 🙌 The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially want to mention Jack, such a great guy! He helped us several times during our stay and was always kind and professional. Another thing I really appreciated is that the pictures are real. The swimming pool, kids’ area, sauna, and other facilities look just like they do in the photos. And last but definitely not least, I have to mention the cleaning ladies. They are absolutely superb! Every day we had fresh towels, soft drinks, and everything was spotless. What impressed me the most was how quiet and respectful they were. If you are sleeping, you won’t hear loud conversations or a vacuum cleaner outside your room. That really makes a difference. So, if you like the pictures and the price of this hotel, I would definitely recommend coming here. The facilities are great, but the staff are what really make this hotel special. "Excellent hotel in every respect. We really enjoyed our 3-week stay here. There's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters from the hotel, and plenty of local eateries nearby. A laundromat is only 5 minutes away. The staff is 10/10; they always clean the rooms, which are spotless, fresh, and bright. Everything is new. There's also a great swimming pool. They respond instantly to any issues. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!"

"This is a great option for anyone visiting Pattaya! The rooms are nice, and fully equipped, and there are plenty of activities to do with family. Downsides: 1. Parking is quite limited. 2. It's close to a school, so it can be a bit noisy during morning assemblies. But if that doesn't bother you, this place is absolutely fantastic!"

"A new, QUIET hotel, no cigarette smell, with a powerful air conditioner. We moved here from a hotel on Walking Street in search of peace and quiet. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. For everything else, it's better to rent a scooter or take a taxi. The staff are lovely. The room is spacious. The linen is clean. Around the hotel, there are cafes, restaurants, laundromats, scooter rentals, and so on."

"The hotel's location is great, and the room is bright and clean, but there's a strong drain smell. It's convenient having a 7-Eleven and Best Mart right next to the hotel. Also, with Siam Commercial Bank right beside it, it should be handy for those who use Woori Bank. I stayed on the second floor, so I'm not sure if the drain smell is an issue on higher floors. Because of the drain smell, I'd probably think twice about staying here again."

"What a lovely stay if you're visiting Pattaya with your family. The hotel is completely themed like a cruise ship and has everything you need if you have children. Two swimming pools, one of which is perfect for kids with lots of play options, and two separate indoor playgrounds. The room itself was delightful. Equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a fully functional bathroom. There was even a small balcony, should you want to take in some of Pattaya's warmth. Furthermore, the service was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, also thanks to its perfect location. Close to the beach and close to the large shopping centers. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Pattaya."

"This hotel just opened a few days ago, and I'm incredibly impressed! All the staff, including the housekeepers and maintenance, were very pleasant. First off, the parking lot is spacious and can accommodate many cars. There's a snack bar and a cafe, plus a communal fitness center. The cafe prices are reasonable and affordable. The hotel has an elevator, and the lobby air conditioning is blissfully cool 24/7. The room was unbelievably clean!!!! The bed was large, there was a TV, the AC was cool, and all the amenities were complete and convenient. There's even a hairdryer, which is great for women. My impressive experience: - The staff spoke well and offered advice without rushing guests. - The housekeepers were friendly and always greeted me whenever we met. - When the coin-operated dryer machine had an issue, maintenance was ready to support 24/7. The problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. - The cafe drinks were delicious and very well-priced!!! - The staff paid attention to all guests and were very kind; I even got a banana to eat. - The hostel was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to relax. - Overall, I will definitely come back again."

"The hotel's location is super convenient; everything is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooftop pool, even though it closes at 11, is often empty, which makes for a really pleasant experience. There's a delicious BBQ stall on the street downstairs that I highly recommend. It's a fond memory!"
