"I frequently stay at this hotel. I always book the same room category, but I've noticed that some rooms don't have anywhere to hang laundry. Luckily, there's a laundromat nearby, so it's not a big issue. A couple of things to note: the bathrobes were missing, and there was a power outage for no apparent reason, which was resolved just by re-inserting the room key."

"Great view and location. It locates near CentRAL Sri Racha as well as Samitivej hospital. However, the provided amenities are a little bit off. No body lotion, no razor and no conditioner and toothpaste and brush. Also 1 big thing is there’s no convenient stores within walking reach, but there’s general store at the receptionist, but!!! the prices are at least 125% comparing to goods in convenient stores. Cleanliness is average as there’s visible dust and also black fungus in bath room. The services are great and cannot complain about it."

The hotel is a low-rise property surrounded by lush greenery, which makes the environment feel very calm and refreshing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, not far from the elevator. It was very quiet and comfortable for resting. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful with several areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was definitely worth it, just like many reviews mentioned. The shrimp were very large and tasty. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. The hotel also prepared a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We really appreciate the hotel for making our stay even more special."

"We stayed at the hotel for a week during the holidays, and it was packed. We had to wait in line for breakfast for 20 minutes, and there were also queues for the elevators. Breakfast: Only once in 7 days did I see a waiter ask if we wanted drinks and bring us coffee; all other days, we had to get them ourselves. I don't understand their approach: either you don't bring drinks to any guests, or you bring them to everyone. The pool is very small (doesn't match the photos), and the hotel practically has no grounds. But there's a plus: excellent sun loungers and artificial sand where a child can play while you sunbathe. Room: We had a Suite M, which is essentially the same as a standard room but with a bathtub and an additional room (children's room) with a bed and a pouf. It was impossible to sleep there because the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and hummed like an airplane turbine. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was just as noisy, and we had to turn it off periodically to give our heads a rest from the noise. The elevator was next to our room, and the sound from the hallway was excellent; I could hear everyone slamming their room doors and talking by the elevator. For those who like peace and quiet, you won't find it here. There's no wardrobe in the room, just about 10 hangers, and that's it. There's nowhere to put children's clothes, for example. The ceilings are very low. The kids' club is small, and right at the entrance, there's a water slide. Water splashes directly onto the club door, even though there's a barrier, it doesn't help. The pool entrance is directly from the lobby. Wet people walk past the reception to the elevators, and there's water in the elevators and on the lobby floor. They try to clean it up, but it's still a fact. Overall impression: the hotel is beautiful, with many photo opportunities, but it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money."

"This hotel is truly beautiful; the tree-lined path and the beach sunset were incredibly healing. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant for two days, and the food was delicious! In the morning, we rented bicycles and rode along the beach to a nearby village. There was a very lively morning market, and we even encountered monks from a temple performing alms-giving in the village. There's also a 7-Eleven in the village for supplies. Although it's far from the city center, staying here makes it convenient to visit Koh Same San and Koh Samet, which you can plan into your itinerary. The hotel itself is quite small with not much to do! The biggest drawback: unstable water pressure. After snorkeling in the afternoon, there was almost no hot water! We could only manage a quick rinse. After filling the bathtub on the balcony, the bottom was full of sand. I'm not sure if it came from the pipes or somewhere else..."
