"Great hotel location close to terminal 21 but terrible service. I had advised i was travelling for my birthday and was willing to pay for an upgrade. When i arrived, they basically charged me more than full price for the upgraded room. Instead of adding on what i had already paid. When i looked online the price was even lower than what they were charging me directly at the hotel. I guess they did gove me a birthday cake"

"This is my fourth time staying here . Always been fun. This time i was a little disappointed Due to songkran it is very full . My room had a very bad musty smell that lingered thru the whole night even with air purifier the smell is stuck . Luckly the staff change my room the next day with an apology.  The property is a lot newer and cleaner which I LOVE. Rooms are always spot on ! A week prior I was staying in Centara grande mirage .  I got to stay centara grande staffs are a lot friendlier and genuinely welcoming and always say hi and greet my child and talk to them . This is something space hotel need training on!  SOME staff are not very friendly but SOME are wonderful especially the lifeguard guy who makes balloons! He always make my kid super happy every visit. Also, the breakfast is pretty lacking at space hotel . Very little variety and taste is very mediocre. Definitely something to upgrade especially when there is soo many guest staying . But overall it is a very fun staycation and will definitely be back again ! can’t wait for phase two to open !"

"Had an amazing stay at D Varee Jomtien Beach Pattaya! The location is unbeatable, right next to Jomtien Beach, so you can step right out onto the sand. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a viewing balcony that offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. The two swimming pools and the rooftop bar really set the mood. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive, creating a fantastic holiday atmosphere. It offers incredible value for money and is the perfect choice for a beach getaway in Pattaya!"

"Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel."

"Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective."

"Great stay at Prima Hotel! Excellent location near quiet Wong Amat Beach (300m walk), perfect for relaxation away from central Pattaya chaos. Modern rooms are spacious, clean, with balcony and good AC. Huge pool is a highlight – beautiful and family-friendly. Staff friendly, breakfast decent (though repetitive). Minor cons: some maintenance tweaks needed. Solid value for a peaceful beach getaway – would return!"

"The hotel location is in Soi 1 alley. A 5-10 minutes walk to the beach area. 5 minutes walk to the main road. Checking in was smooth. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was big, with a comfortable bed, Microwave, amenities, bath tub, fridge included in the room. Housekeeping did a good job. A gym on the 5th floor. Swimming pool on the roof top. The swimming pool seemed like slightly dirty water. Otherwise, all's well. Checking out was smooth too. Overall a pleasant place to stay."

"The overall value for money isn't great; it's a far cry from a 600+ RMB hotel in China. Cons: The room facilities are quite old. I booked a deluxe king bed, but ended up with two small beds that couldn't be pushed together. The bathtub didn't have a liner, there was no clothesline in the bathroom, and the room was very small. Breakfast options were limited, with no Chinese food. Pros: The location is decent. Thai hotels always have a pleasant fragrance, and the entire hotel, every corner, is smoke-free (no cigarette smell)."
