Pingtan County Hotels with Gym

This guesthouse is right by the sea, so you can literally step out and be on the beach. The environment is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Whether you're looking out at the sea from the large windows or relaxing on the balcony, it's incredibly pleasant to just watch the waves or simply unwind. The breakfast menu changes daily, and the staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) are super friendly and always willing to help. If I ever come back to Pingtan, I'll definitely choose this place again! 😃

Pingtan had always been on my travel list, and I finally decided to visit last minute. I spent a long time choosing a hotel. Actually, for a summer trip to Pingtan, I'd highly recommend picking a hotel or guesthouse and staying put for a few days, only venturing out to see the sea and take photos in the evening, because it's simply too hot and sunny! We rented a car at 12:30 PM, drove around for half a day, and arrived at the guesthouse at 8 PM. As soon as we got out of the car, a butler was there to help with our luggage! The pure white building looked beautiful even at night. Next to it was the Windmill Sea restaurant, where you could hear live singers and enjoy the breeze – it was so comfortable! After checking in, my child immediately changed into a swimsuit and headed to the pool; they were absolutely thrilled! The hotel also provided swim rings, which was very convenient. There was also a water park, which unfortunately we didn't get to experience. For breakfast, you could choose between beef noodles (which were actually rice vermicelli), beef ramen, or congee. I'd recommend the beef ramen. Besides the set meal, you could also pick fruits, juices, salads, etc. The beef in the ramen tasted very fresh! If you could get a window seat, eating while overlooking the Windmill Sea was an even better experience! After breakfast, we booked a travel photoshoot. The photographer delivered the photos incredibly fast, surprisingly so! The kids then played in the soft play area for a long time. The hotel also has a gym and a craft room, and you can participate in hotel activities, especially for kids – they can easily spend an entire day there during the summer without even leaving the hotel. It's a shame we didn't try the afternoon tea. The hotel also creates a 'island friends' WeChat group, offering services like ordering barbecue at night, which can even be delivered directly to your room – perfect for those who just want to chill out! The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing. Fortunately, the hotel prohibits children from playing in the water after 10 PM and even provides earplugs and eye masks, so it's not a huge concern. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep! We had to leave early due to an approaching typhoon, which was sad. My child said she wants to come back again; she absolutely loved it!

Our family trip to Pingtan and our stay at the Tianji Original Hotel exceeded our expectations! 📍Location: It's very close to Longwangtou Beach, within walking distance. It was super convenient to go watch the sunrise in the morning and do some beachcombing during the day. Downstairs, there's a food street with seafood restaurants and convenience stores. You can also rent electric scooters right outside to explore the island, making it easy to get to all the attractions. 🛏️Room Facilities: The overall style is minimalist and 'Insta-worthy,' clean and bright, with relatively new facilities. The room has a projector and a smart toilet, so you can relax and watch a movie when you get back at night. The bedding was soft, and after a day of activities, we slept very soundly. 👨👩👧Family-Friendly Perks: The hotel offers free rental of sand-digging tools, so you don't have to lug around toys, which is incredibly friendly for families with kids. The laundry room is very practical for washing clothes covered in sand from the beach. 💁Service: The front desk was responsive, and the staff provided helpful tips for our visit. There's a free parking lot, making it car-friendly. Tip: Rooms facing the street might have some street noise, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend choosing an inner room. Overall, it's very suitable for a family island vacation, and we'd consider staying here again on our next trip to Pingtan.

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at ZhongYuan Hotel, and our experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

When checking in, the front desk noticed we had a child and proactively offered sand-digging tools and a super practical sightseeing itinerary, which instantly delighted our little one. The restaurant service was an even sweeter upgrade – both the restaurant manager and staff were all smiles, showering our child with patience and affection. Before we left, they even gave us a small gift. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we felt looked after every step of the way. This kind of 'home away from home' feeling comes from such thoughtful details, treating guests like family. This level of service absolutely deserves full marks! I highly recommend it to all families traveling with children; this is a hotel that truly understands 'warmth'.

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people. 3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! I booked a poolside room on the first floor for the first two nights, which went smoothly. On the third night, I realized via Ctrip that I had booked the wrong room type. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask if I could keep the poolside room on the first floor, and they said yes. When we checked in, they confirmed we'd have the same poolside room for all three nights. However, on the third day, without any prior notice in the morning, they called me at 1 PM while we were out, asking me to check out! How could we possibly come back to check out and switch rooms when we were out exploring? We asked the hotel to handle the room change, and as a result, two disposable towels went missing. If they had told me at check-in that it wasn't possible, I would have booked another place for the third night. This sudden demand to check out and switch rooms was completely unacceptable. The hotel's location is good, and they offer dining options. If it weren't for this incident, I might have considered bringing my team here. But this kind of behavior really cheapens the experience. It clearly shows they cancelled my booking because a new order came in – purely driven by profit.
