"About my stay: the room was very nice and the bed incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated that you offered streaming services. That was really cool. The easy check-in was also a huge plus. What's really unacceptable is that no one is available if there are any problems late at night... that should change. The electricity didn't work in our room, even though it was after 1 a.m. I urgently needed to charge my phone, which would have been a problem. Luckily, my partner knows a lot about electricity, so he was able to temporarily solve the problem. Finally, a big minus point: shortly after 11 a.m., someone from cleaning service knocked and shortly afterward, after there was no answer, they just opened our door!!! AN ABSOLUTE NO-GO!!! Especially since we had until 12 p.m. As a couple, you might be busy doing something else, which would have been incredibly embarrassing. That really shouldn't happen!!"
