Superb stay at a lovely hotel! The location, staff, and service were all top-notch! The little birthday surprise from the hotel was unexpected and so incredibly thoughtful 🥰 The view from my room of the Cologne Cathedral was particularly stunning. I'll gladly book this hotel again for my next trip to Cologne. Many thanks to the entire team, from the garage entrance to check-out! 😀🙏

This hotel is not close to the airport you will need a bus and it's 7 stops away and you will still need to walk 15 minutes. There is a airport shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff, I personally felt the room was warm for me but my son said he was a little cold. I guess it is personal preference. There us on site restaurant and bar but I felt for us it was a little on the pricey side but there was a supermarket and local food shops close by.

The room was nice and spacious. We went here in the winter and the heater worked well and it stayed pretty warm. It had everything we needed here and you can request things and services through there website (for free). The hotel also had a sauna and fitness to use for free. We only used the sauna and it was really relaxing. The only downside was that the location wasn’t that optimal for the places we wanted to visit.

Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. At night the doors are closed and the front desks are empty, so you need to use your card to enter the building. Feels a little bit overpriced for such room, but in general it’s not bad

Out of the many hotels I've stayed at during my ten-plus days in Europe, this was the first one where staff proactively offered to help with my luggage. The service was excellent, and the gentleman at the front desk spoke a bit of Chinese, which made communication much easier. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the church.

Very clean, nice room, it had a small kitchen. The only bad side to it is the parking.. it wasn’t very clear where to go.. The wellness was also very clean and quiet.

The room was a bit dated and the service was average. The location is on the edge of the old town, not far from the chocolate museum, and within walking distance of the cathedral and the Chain Bridge. The hotel breakfast was just okay; a 'Chinese stomach' might find it a bit repetitive after a couple of meals.

Excellent hotel quality and very friendly service. Any issues were promptly resolved by hotel. Highly recommended. BF was excellent and so were the swim pool and sauna.

In the Center of cologne, Advertised spa is apparently a collaboration with an external spa and fitness club, which was not clear upon placing reservation. Not to much to expect by the room offer but cleanliness and features in bathroom, as body lotion Handwaschbeckenand shower gel were recommendable and boutique retailer. Overall recommendable for a short stay.

I could forgive ten points for service. I would have chosen the hotel with the thermal to celebrate my birthday with my family there. We arrived too early but we were allowed to check in yet. We were very premature and friendly serviced in the restaurant and when they found my birthday is coming or even decorate a table extra. All in all was the food also very good the thermal was sensational. We had a wonderful time and thank you very much.
