"Convenient location very much in the center of Cologne. I had a very decent view over the city on the highest floor which was very nice. Breakfast was ok but not very special. Overall a business hotel vibe."

"Although I requested a room on one of the upper floors when making my reservation, I was initially assigned a first-floor room facing the courtyard. As I'm claustrophobic, I found it quite uncomfortable. The room's safe also kept beeping throughout the night, and when I reported it to reception, I was told there was no one available to fix it. I left a message, but unfortunately nothing was done. Thankfully, the staff later moved me to a much better room with nicer amenities and a great view, which completely changed the experience for the better. The location is excellent, central yet away from the busiest tourist areas, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the cathedral, museums, and the main train station. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, especially considering the price, and I would happily recommend it for its excellent value for money."

"The hotel offers a great view of the cathedral from the window and is conveniently located for all the major attractions. There were stains on the bedsheets, but I only noticed them late at night, so I didn't bother asking staff to change them."
