"A 5 star hotel with an amazing staff. Dominic helped us check in early at 8am although checkin is usually at 2pm. And during our checkout Elena was very helpful and kind. The hotel is amazing and the facilities are great. The swimming pool is fun and the gym is massive with a lot of equipment. The room is huge in size as well. Will surely come again. Hilton is hilton"

"Best thing about this hotel is the facilities, GYM and pool areas are just amazing! pool is big and comfortable with real heated water (most of the hotels the water is cold in the inner pool) gym is better and more high tech then my home gym which is impressive for a hotel to have because of the altitude views are amazing no matter which side you look, the room is clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast is also very good!"

"Had a great time here this weekend. Everything was included in the price. Seems pricey when booking but actually good value when everything is included. The beach area, the indoor water park, the hot springs and the lake activities - all were unlimited during our stay. The staff were very nice and friendly. We met Jimmy (fluent English) at check in who made it his mission to give us his WeChat in order for us to be able to have someone that can help with translation. It made the trip extra convenient. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great with a mix of food. We will definitely return when the outdoor water park returns. 😁"

"All was great. Xiao Mo at the front desk gave us an upgrade like they do for most people with families. It was still a bit tight with the four of us on two beds but the beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. They have this cool hair dryer contraption in the bathroom to dry clothes. The pool was quite cold vs the hot spring pools which was actually quite refreshing. The view is great. The kids place is pretty good with climbing walls. The restaurants that are about a 5 minute walk away are good. The gym is all right but only one bench. There was another guy in there who was hogging the one bench but he left pretty quickly. They could use some more weights that between 10 and 20. All in all I would stay there again because of all the little things put together especially because of the service."
