"Location is superb, 2nd to none along the touristy Beijing Pedestrian Street with restaurant located on the 5th floor. There are tonnes of good dim sum restaurants within walkable distance and attractions like big buddha temple within reach as well. I would also like to personally compliment the front desk personnel 钟思晴 who has been very helpful in digging through the huge loads of parcels when I have minimal information about the parcel that was sent to the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay, probably will return again but not during the hot and wet seasons."

"The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle."

"Location is great, near the Baiyun CAN airport but 30 plus km from the city and most markets in Guangzhou. It's fairly clean, kudos to the housekeeping team, they really do a wonderful job. If you are a light sleeper try to pay extra for their sound proof rooms because the noise of aircraft is nonstop. If you plan to shop online and have your packages delivered to the hotel, their policy on parcels has great loopholes. The airport shuttle service is unreliable."

His responsible and attentive attitude was truly reassuring. The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was prompt. "My stay here was excellent. The hotel is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, making it super convenient for travel. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The soundproofing was great too, so I got a really good rest. The biggest surprise was the family-themed area; the Hello Kitty decor was a unique touch, the facilities were comprehensive, and the environment was quiet. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou or catching a flight."

"I stayed at Citynote Hotel (Nanyue King Branch) for six nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Nanyue King Museum, with the metro and bus stops very close by, so getting to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, and other attractions was quick and easy. The rooms are modern, minimalistic, and spacious, with super comfortable beds and good soundproofing – I slept really well each night. Housekeeping did a thorough job, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, even recommending a few authentic local Cantonese restaurants nearby. Breakfast wasn't fancy but hit the spot, with congee, noodles, and rice rolls that felt very local. The only downside was the Wi-Fi – it was noticeably slow and a bit unstable, especially in the evenings, making video streaming and file uploads laggy. If you depend on a fast connection, that could be frustrating. Still, this is a minor flaw in an otherwise great value hotel. I'd recommend it to travellers who care about location and cleanliness, but business guests might want to bring a mobile hotspot as backup. I'd happily stay here again."

The location is superb—situated right next to a shopping mall, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Public transportation is also easily accessible, which made getting around hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. "I've chosen this hotel multiple times! It's fully equipped with great amenities. The air conditioning works perfectly for both heating and cooling, the internet speed is fast, and there's a TV and plenty of charging ports. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water comes on quickly with excellent pressure, making showers really comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet, and the soundproofing is fantastic – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at night. I slept soundly until morning, so the rest quality was top-notch."

The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store and a noodle shop, so you can grab a bite anytime you're hungry."

"This was my second stay, and this time the room type I was given was much better than the last. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the living room TV has even been updated. My only minor complaint is that I was on the 27th floor, which felt a bit low. A big thanks to the front desk lady for her excellent service; she helped me with a late check-out and even provided welcome fruits and drinks. It was a little disappointing that there was no soup available this time, I'm not sure if they've discontinued it. The executive lounge is great for a light meal to cover dinner, and the food quality there is quite good, as is the service from the lounge staff – highly recommend! Just a heads-up for future guests: there are separate elevators for high and low floors, so make sure to take the high-floor elevator to get to the lounge. I'd definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises."
