"The room was spacious, and the airport pick-up service was a thoughtful touch. For 200, it also included a delicious breakfast buffet. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, with unlimited pick-ups at any time. The front desk staff even kindly added me on WeChat for quick responses. The shampoo was really good, lol. It's close to the airport, and if you're worried about airplane noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. Mosquito repellent liquid. Green tea. Four bottles of water. LOL. Right downstairs, there are snack shops and various places to eat. Very good!"

"I didn't inspect the room's cleanliness too closely, but it seemed okay. I didn't really use the sofa, table, or chairs. The room's decor was typical for a motel. The front desk service was quite good, and they offer an airport shuttle service, though I didn't use it since I drove myself to the airport. The room had all the necessary facilities. A great plus is the free parking, and it's only a 10-minute drive to Terminal 3, which is very convenient. However, because of its proximity to the airport, you're bound to hear planes taking off and landing. Also, the hotel is located by the road, so there's occasional honking. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay if you're catching a flight, and it offers great value for money. For someone like me who has an early morning flight, I would consider staying here again."

"Very convenient airport hotel! ✈️ The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport transfer to T2/T3 was a big plus, especially for an early flight. There are also restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. "I came to Guangzhou for a trip and saw that this hotel had pretty high ratings, and I was also drawn to its location. First, the location is excellent; it's near Tianhuan and Zhengjia, right next to the subway station – you exit the subway and there's the hotel. The hygiene was also quite good, the soundproofing was decent, and the shower had strong water pressure. The front desk gave me two room cards during check-in, one of which could be used as an electricity card, which was a nice touch. Downsides: Most of the drawbacks are related to the facilities, which I'd consider 'major flaws.' First, the elevators. The building is 30 stories high (shared by two hotels), and I'd estimate there are about 20 rooms per floor, but there are only three elevators: one for all floors, and one for odd floors and one for even floors respectively. Waiting times for the elevators are very long, and the elevator linkage isn't well-done. Pressing the down button on one elevator doesn't link to the others, so almost everyone ends up pressing both the all-floor elevator and the odd/even floor elevator buttons, which wastes elevator resources. Second, in the Deluxe King Room, there were no power outlets on the side of the bed next to the window, which is very impractical. Looking at the decor, it seems like it was renovated in recent years, so this lack of basic infrastructure makes for a poor experience. Third, during my stay in room 1210, the cover of the filter self-rescue respirator by the bed was open. I checked it, and fortunately, the vacuum seal inside was intact; otherwise, I would have definitely asked housekeeping to replace it. This really needs to be checked more carefully, as it's a life-saving device. Fourth, if you're driving to the hotel, you'd better be an excellent driver. The underground parking spot is first not easy to find, and then the garage itself is quite narrow, making it very difficult to park large, long vehicles. Fifth, very little breakfast was prepared. For popular items like steamed dumplings and char siu bao, I went at around 9 am, and the kitchen said they were out. It felt like they just didn't want to steam another batch, even though there were still many people in the restaurant at that time. Sixth, the hairdryer in the room had very weak airflow. It takes a long time to dry long hair, and the hotel didn't provide any alternatives. The airflow is genuinely too weak."

"A 5 star hotel with an amazing staff. Dominic helped us check in early at 8am although checkin is usually at 2pm. And during our checkout Elena was very helpful and kind. The hotel is amazing and the facilities are great. The swimming pool is fun and the gym is massive with a lot of equipment. The room is huge in size as well. Will surely come again. Hilton is hilton"

"The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service. The front desk staff were very attentive and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room's facilities and amenities were new, and the bedding was very comfortable. You could hear the planes taking off and landing, but it didn't disturb our rest. It would be even better if there was a mini-fridge in the room."

"I wanted to give a second positive review even before checking out! I extended my stay for two more days in the morning, and when I returned to the hotel about half an hour later, my room was already spotlessly clean. I hadn't even requested it before leaving in the morning, so it was a pleasant surprise to come back to a freshly tidied room. It made me feel very comfortable the moment I stepped in. In the afternoon, they also delivered a perfect dessert. Every staff member I encountered, from different departments, provided impeccable service."

"The location is very good because of proximity to a lot of shops, malls and restaurants. The staff need to abit more friendly. Mia (a staff at the reception) was quite pleasant. The cleaners do not do a thorough job. They change the sheets and sometimes forget to dust the furniture, or replace the shower gel, or replace the toilet roll, or clean the floor. A dirty floor towel was placed in my bathroom ones and sometimes no floor towel at all. For 2 days the cleaner forgot to replace my shower gel. Thankfully I had my bathing soap. The food was good. After awhile, I got tired of the meals because there wasn’t so much variety. I spent 3 weeks there and I would rate it 7/10."

The gym on the 31st floor is well-equipped, and the pool water quality on the 33rd floor is excellent. The front desk staff shining xu are friendly and attentive. Definitely worth staying at."
