I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

Guest UserOur room was on the third floor, and the bubble pool on the balcony was super comfortable. We had originally booked a twin room, but wanted to switch to a king-size bed. The front desk lady was really helpful in getting that sorted for us. The Splash Park is great for younger kids, and the Forest Park is also a lot of fun. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the on-site pool is very relaxing. Highly recommend! Our sweet butler, Tiantian, was exceptionally good. She checked in with us promptly, brought our child a small toy and some fruit, and quickly resolved an issue with a power outlet. She addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Thumbs up!

Guest UserThe hotel was wonderful! First of all, they had no problem changing our room to a better one at our request. Secondly, the food here is excellent — they provide everything you need: breakfast, an afternoon snack, and fruit in the evening.
The hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities, unlimited drinking water, and coffee available — and the coffee is really delicious!
The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. They allowed us to have a late check-out and also let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
We were genuinely surprised by the level of service and how much was included for such an affordable price. We highly recommend this hotel!

Guest UserI've stayed at Sanying many times; it's a well-established hot spring hotel. The buffet dinner offers great value for money and is definitely worth it! Breakfast also has a wide variety, meeting five-star hotel standards! After a hike, soaking in the hot springs with the family is always a joy. The surrounding amenities are also getting better and better. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserMy partner and I chose the Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou for our romantic getaway, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable, offering stunning views of the Pearl River and Canton Tower, especially at night – the ambiance is incredible and perfect for photos. The staff were very friendly, and both check-in and responding to our requests were prompt and attentive. The room was generally clean, though there was a tiny bit of room for improvement in some corner areas. Facilities were well-maintained, but you could see some signs of use on certain equipment. It's super convenient for leisure and walks, with plenty of places to explore right outside the hotel. It's truly ideal for couples on holiday, very romantic, and most of our experiences exceeded expectations. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again.

Guest UserI chose this castle-themed hotel for my trip, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly suited for self-driving tours, leisure vacations, or even short business stays. The hotel's most striking feature is its European castle exterior, with pointed spires, domes, and delicate carvings. From a distance, it creates an incredible ambiance, making every photo Instagram-worthy. When the lights come on in the evening, it truly looks like a fairytale castle. Even my friends couldn't help but stop to take pictures – the building's aesthetic alone significantly boosted our overall impression.
During check-in, the staff member who assisted me, Jianbing, left a particularly deep impression. His service was enthusiastic and patient, meticulous and thoughtful throughout. He proactively introduced me to the hotel's various special facilities, from photo spots around the castle architecture to the operating hours of the buffet breakfast, pool, and executive lounge, as well as the parking location and sightseeing routes – he explained everything clearly. He patiently answered all my questions, and his detailed and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome the moment I walked in.
For those traveling by car, I must commend the hotel's parking lot. It's spacious with plenty of parking spaces, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you arrive late. The lanes are wide, making it easy to park both large and small vehicles. Parking was completely hassle-free, with no need to drive around looking for an empty spot, which is especially friendly for guests driving their own cars.
The buffet breakfast was a major surprise during this stay, with such a dizzying variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The flavors catered to all ages, ensuring a satisfying and abundant breakfast every day, setting us up for an energetic start.
The hotel also features an executive lounge, which offers a quiet and elegant environment with expansive views. It provides snacks, drinks, and afternoon tea, eliminating the need to go out for extra meals. The lounge's comfortable setting is perfect for a relaxing break or simple work, making the executive benefits incredibly cost-effective.
The hotel's swimming pool offered an excellent experience. The water was clean and clear, and the pool area was well-lit. The decor was consistent with the overall castle style, making it suitable for adults to swim and relax, or for children to play. The facilities were well-maintained and spotless.
The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The entire hotel combines aesthetics, dining, leisure amenities, and convenient parking, further enhanced by Jianbing's warm and meticulous service. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

SonawanTraveling with two adults and one child, I've stayed at several other family-friendly hotels, but was generally disappointed. I've already warned other moms in my parenting groups about avoiding those places.
Pros:
1. The room facilities are excellent, with a full range of children's amenities like small stools and bath bags. Housekeeping did a great job.
2. The Aviary World is very well done overall.
Cons:
1. The concierge service was terrible. When checking in, I was pushing a stroller with my left hand and dragging a large suitcase plus a tote bag with my right, but no one offered to help with my luggage or direct me to check-in.
2. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They told me the crib was 60x90cm, which made me wonder if they were trying to dissuade me, as I almost said 'never mind, our baby is 88cm and won't fit.' However, the actual crib provided was about 120cm long.
3. It's not as well-equipped as other family hotels. When booking, the customer service rep said cribs couldn't be reserved and were on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. There's no bottle sterilizer/dryer.
4. Both breakfast vouchers required an additional fee, yet on October 2nd, the breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9 AM! Is this acceptable for a five-star hotel?
5. After I complained about issue #1 to Trip.com, the hotel immediately questioned the authenticity of my claim, demanding to review surveillance footage. Two to three hours later, they investigated, sent a text saying they'd compensate me, but nothing ever came of it.
It would be great if the hotel could make some management changes after seeing this review. If not, that's fine too; reputation is built by actions.

Guest UserOur stay at the Panda Hotel for this Chimelong trip far exceeded our expectations. The moment we stepped into the lobby, the giant panda sculpture and teapot train instantly transported our little one into a fairytale world, eyes wide with wonder every step of the way.
The themed room we stayed in was clean and tidy, with soft bedding. It was equipped with children's slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, a step stool, and a child's toilet seat. All corners were baby-proofed, showing incredible attention to detail for families. The room was quiet, and coming back to rest after a day of fun was very refreshing.
The hotel offers free shuttle buses to and from all the major parks, saving us the hassle of taking taxis back and forth, which is especially convenient when traveling with kids. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and there were even small animals to observe. We also stumbled upon cartoon character parades, and our child was so delighted they didn't want to leave.
The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. For families visiting Chimelong, the Panda Hotel is truly an excellent choice for a family vacation. We will definitely come back again.

This hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, making it super convenient for getting around. Dining and shopping are just a stone's throw away, and you can find pretty much anything you're craving within a few kilometers. I even drove this time, and parking was a breeze with plenty of available spots. This is pretty much my go-to place whenever I'm in Guangzhou.
