🌿 **Stay & Service** We booked three Hollywood Twin Rooms for our child's birthday. I contacted the butler in advance to arrange a cozy birthday setup, and they even upgraded one of our rooms as a surprise on arrival! The overall environment is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all facilities are brand new. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were incredibly gentle and provided meticulous, attentive service, always accommodating our requests! Both at check-in and check-out, they gave gifts to the children! 🍲 **Dining Experience** The food quality deserves high praise! The Saturday dinner's free-range chicken hotpot set, freshly baked pizza, buffet breakfast, and the complimentary pasta simple meal (three rooms got three pasta sets, and the front desk and restaurant staff were so considerate, letting us pay the difference to swap for different flavored sets) and coffee were all delicious. They even picked passion fruit from the farm for the kids to eat! My child devoured five in one go! The whole family, young and old, enjoyed the meal thoroughly. 🛝 **Abundant Family Activities** Extremely child-friendly for families with kids: feeding rabbits, feeding alpacas, digging sweet potatoes, making pizza, a clean and uncrowded outdoor pool, an indoor kids' play area, and an outdoor non-powered playground that felt like we had it all to ourselves on both visits! There were so many activities that we didn't even have time to try the crafts or lei cha (Hakka pounded tea). ⏱️ We arrived on Saturday at 3 PM and reluctantly left on Sunday past 4 PM. After checking out, the whole family unanimously praised the place. We will definitely bring friends for a second visit!

When you're traveling, it's truly comforting to find a hotel with such thoughtful service. As soon as I arrived, a staff member named Xia Tian proactively helped me with my large luggage and showed me all the way to the elevator. Check-in was very efficient, and they carefully confirmed my check-out time. Returning at night, I ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who politely greeted me. I temporarily needed small items like tape and scissors, and after calling the front desk, they were delivered to my door very quickly. When I encountered issues and communicated them, the staff showed empathy, actively helped coordinate solutions, and never shirked responsibility or gave perfunctory responses. The attention to detail truly showed their dedication, and the staff's professionalism was excellent. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

This Lavande Hotel has the worst facilities of any Lavande hotel I've stayed at. The WiFi quality is extremely poor, with speed tests showing only a few megabits per second and frequent disconnections. After complaining, they said restarting the router didn't help. The kettle doesn't trip the circuit breaker after boiling water, posing a safety hazard. The air conditioner only has one high-speed setting and is very noisy at night. The breakfast selection is smaller and of lower quality compared to other Lavande hotels. The window screens cannot be controlled with a switch. This hotel is a huge disappointment for a brand I once trusted!

Fantastic! My little one and I have been here so many times. The location is super convenient, close to Chimelong and the high-speed train station. It's so well-situated, and the room itself provides plenty of space for my child to play for a long time. We'll definitely be back again!

Surprisingly, the kids loved it... The scenery is probably the best part. The staff provided excellent service, responded quickly, and generally met all our requests. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, suitable for a Cantonese palate, though I found it a bit pricey. Some restaurant staff were proactively helpful, offering extra services without being asked, which was great. Others were just okay, nothing special. For example, on the first two days at breakfast, they'd ask if we wanted tea or milk, but on subsequent days, they stopped asking – it was more of a self-service situation. The hotel environment is first-class. The front desk ladies, Xiao Cao and Xiao Qiu, were incredibly thoughtful. They helped us upgrade to a lake-view twin room (I was traveling with my mother this time, and had originally booked a mountain-view room). In the evening, we ordered the 'tangzhuo' fragrant pork set meal at the lakeside restaurant. The pork was very aromatic with no ***** smell, and had a great texture. The fish was also very fresh and delicious. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, for just over 300 a day, including breakfast, the environment and service offer excellent value for money. If you go in the summer, swimming and soaking in the hot springs would be a lot of fun. The air quality here is fantastic, and transportation is convenient with plenty of parking. You can also take the subway and then a short taxi ride from the station.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again next time I have the chance.

First and foremost, the front desk staff and butlers were incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service and always ready to help with any request. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the fish balls and wontons were particularly delicious! The resort grounds are vast, offering a wide array of activities, making it perfect for family trips. The shuttle service to every point of interest was incredibly convenient. Even though it rained during our stay, it added a unique charm to the experience. The air was wonderfully fresh after the rain, making it feel like we had stepped into a lush forest wonderland.
