"This hotel boasts an unbeatable location! While the rooms are pretty basic, they're clean and the bedding is comfortable. The soundproofing on the windows is decent, and the air conditioning is powerful – even with the window open for a breeze, the room stays plenty cool. The breakfast spread is fantastic and I really enjoyed it. They even have a special corner for kids with a great selection of snacks. Right across the street is the Pavilion of Prince Teng, and the night view is simply incredible. It would be great if the hotel rooms could be renovated and updated. Also, the parking lot is quite crowded and there are no charging stations. EV owners, be sure to look for fast-charging stations nearby!"

"The front desk service was excellent; they handled issues promptly. A staff member was very enthusiastic and even carried my luggage to the room. The room itself was nice and very clean. It's a bit of a shame I missed the night view since I checked in later, but the sunrise in the morning was beautiful. Now for the highlight: the breakfast was incredibly diverse! It featured local Nanchang specialties, porridge, noodles, various pastries, bread, drinks, coffee, and fruit. They even had a salad option for those watching their diet. Breakfast was definitely a satisfying experience. Plus, I could store my luggage for free at the front desk after checking out, which was very convenient for travel. I could enjoy my day and pick up my bags later to head to my next destination. Keep up the great work and continue to improve your service!"

"This hotel is super close to West Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, are all incredibly friendly and always greet you – the service is absolutely top-notch! I was here with a friend for a concert, and it was super convenient, just two subway stops from the Sports Center. The breakfast was pretty good too. Plus, I really liked that the shower gel and shampoo smelled great, and they even provided conditioner, which is a nice touch. Overall, very satisfied!"

"Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality."

"The environment and hygiene are top-notch, and the service and facilities are excellent. It's right next to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, and downstairs there's a street with authentic Jiangxi food. It's truly a one-stop shop for eating, staying, and entertainment. The hotel breakfast is delicious, especially the authentic Jiangxi pottery pot stewed soup and Jiangxi rice noodles, which are so good. It really offers great value for money. Looking forward to my next stay!"

"The Hampton by Hilton Nanchang Honggutan Qiushui Square exceeded all my expectations! This high-rise hotel offers incredible views; from my river-view room, I could see both the Gan River and Tengwang Pavilion right outside my window. The sunset in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The room facilities are very modern, with a separate wet and dry bathroom, branded toiletries, and smart devices – all contributing to an extremely comfortable stay. The service was thoughtful and warm; the front desk staff patiently answered my questions and even provided a hand-drawn tourist map. The housekeeping was meticulously thorough. The breakfast was rich and delicious, featuring freshly made Nanchang local snacks, a variety of Chinese and Western hot dishes, and fresh fruits and drinks. All the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. It's definitely a great choice whether you're traveling for leisure or business!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The facilities were complete, with free washing machines and dryers available on the 10th floor. The breakfast was also delicious, and we were able to store our luggage after check-out. The bathroom in the room had a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also very effective. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants for breakfast and other meals, which is very convenient. Being right next to the subway station and train station makes getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's a bus stop right across the street where you can take bus number 2 directly to Tengwang Pavilion. I'll definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again next time I visit Nanchang."

"The room was clean and tidy, the equipment was very new, and the front desk service was very good, the breakfast was very good, especially the crock soup, it felt better than the outside restaurant, and the front desk sent us hand-made coffee before leaving, it felt very good, next time I go to Nanchang to play will come here."

"An absolutely fantastic experience! First off, the facilities are quite comprehensive. Beyond the usual hotel amenities, they also provide laundry detergent and chargers, and there were fresh lilies in the room! Besides breakfast, they offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, all of which were high-quality, not just an afterthought. The front desk staff were also lovely, greeting me every time I came and went. You can pick up yogurt, tea, and fruit at the front desk, and they even helped me get a package delivered to my room when they saw me waiting for it. You can do laundry and work out here. I got oil on my clothes late at night, and the hotel took them and returned them to my room early the next morning. I stay in hotels frequently, and I've never experienced such excellent service at this price point! Seriously recommend! My only minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have a retractable clothesline. Also, a small suggestion: when housekeeping cleans, they don't need to put items back in their original spots. I moved the vase to use the large table, and the cleaning lady moved it back."
