The room had great natural light and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean – even the corners of the bathroom were free of stains and odors. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests made by phone. The hot water came on quickly, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. For the price, it offers fantastic value for money. "Our stay was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give a special shout-out to Annie at the front desk. Her service was warm and attentive; she processed our check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The room offered expansive views, with the seascape completely unobstructed – it truly created a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the scenery. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanwei."

The service was also top-notch; I asked for an extra blanket, and it was delivered to my room immediately. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional! "Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for the May Day holiday. The sofa in the room had a strange stain. The worst part was, the day after checking out, I suddenly remembered to check on my deposit. To my surprise, out of the 500 deposit, only 40 was refunded, without any phone notification. If I hadn't noticed, would they have just kept the 460? I called the front desk and found out they made a mistake, but there was no apology or anything... Check-in the day before also took a long time. I suggest they strengthen their training."

"Environment: We booked a Sunrise King Room, which is on a high floor and you can see the sunrise from the bay window in the room. The location is also very good. It takes only 3 minutes by electric car to get to the bus stop. There is the sea behind it and the food street is one street ahead. Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and has separate wet and dry areas. The shower has plenty of hot water. Service: The hotel is very quiet, except for the strong sea breeze in winter and spring, but there is no other sound. The front desk was always very patient and helped to store the luggage. Overall, I am very satisfied. The picture is the sunrise taken in the room. You can see that this hotel is the closest to the sea and has relatively large rooms."

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott, and I was feeling a bit low on blood sugar because I hadn't had breakfast. The hotel thoughtfully brought me a banana, which was such wonderful service! I'm so grateful for their warm hospitality. The facilities are relatively new, clean, and very quiet, so I had an excellent rest. My favorite part was definitely the hotel's five-star breakfast buffet – the variety of dishes was extensive and delicious, and the setting was elegant and upscale. From now on, when I'm on business in Haifeng, I'll be staying at Courtyard. A big thank you again to the hotel staff!

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。

There are two shopping malls nearby, and plenty of late-night food stalls downstairs. Parking is convenient with many individual spots in the basement. I'm planning to stay another night today. The room is also very neat and clean. I didn't take pictures of the room, just some from the night market, haha.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights. It's very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the same distance from the buses to the beaches. It's quiet and peaceful, although I was alone in the common room. Overall, a good place.

I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk.

The rooms offer unbeatable views, with a 270° sea-view balcony offering panoramic views of the azure ocean. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing at night – every frame is wallpaper-worthy. The interior is clean and tidy, with a touch of luxury décor, soft and comfortable bedding, and complete amenities. The separate wet and dry bathroom is a thoughtful touch. The service is warm and attentive, check-in and check-out are efficient, and the value for money is excellent. Perfect for couples' getaways or family trips. I'll definitely stay here again!

I have to rave about the location of this beachfront room! Right downstairs is the popular Jinchang Bay beach, with colorful loungers and windsurfing right in front of you – perfect for capturing those aesthetic shots as soon as you step out. The room itself is super cozy, and the bedding is so soft and comfortable. Watching the sunset from the balcony in the evening and falling asleep to the sound of waves at night – I haven't felt this relaxed in ages. I've already shared it with my bestie; we're definitely coming back to see the sea together next time.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
