"The hotel has a parking garage, which is convenient. The room's cleanliness was satisfactory, and the service was good. Overall, my experience was positive. My room was close to the elevator but surprisingly quiet at night. The shower was spacious, and I appreciated that the floor wasn't slippery and drained quickly. Very good!"

"The front desk staff provided courteous and attentive service, responding promptly and knowledgeably to most of our inquiries. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel facilities appeared dated and in need of maintenance and upgrades. During our three-night stay, we encountered a significant issue on one evening when there was no hot water available for showering. After contacting housekeeping, we were informed that only one staff member was on duty that night and he was extremely busy, and no assistance was provided. Fortunately, hot water service resumed the following day without further intervention. Additionally, the swimming pool area presented several concerns. On the day of our visit, no locker keys were available for female guests, despite the pool being relatively uncrowded with only a few families present. It was unclear why the keys were unavailable or had been depleted. The restrooms adjacent to the pool were also in poor condition—noticeably unclean and infested with numerous mosquitoes—which raised questions about regular cleaning and pest control standards. While the staff were polite, these recurring facility and maintenance issues significantly detracted from our experience. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family at this time."

"This hotel is centrally located and offers free parking, which is convenient for those driving. The facilities are comfortable; the suite was spacious with good lighting, though the bathroom was a bit dark. The bedding was clean, and the room had just been cleaned when we checked in, so the floor was still wet and had a slight damp smell, but it cleared up after opening the window for a while. The shower pressure was good. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just average. Afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, with a few types of packaged cakes, black coffee, and black tea. We didn't try the late-night snack. The laundry room had two washing machines and two dryers, but the washing machines had a moldy smell. Overall, it's fair for the price of over 300 RMB."

"The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. "Came to Shanwei on a self-driving trip and stayed at the Baiman Hotel. The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is neat and clean. The environment is beautiful with a lovely sea view. The service was warm and attentive; they even gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch! The hotel is also conveniently located near Er Malu Food Street, where everything is delicious."

"I'm in Shanwei, staying at my favorite Atour chain Hotel, with a self-service laundry room on one side and a gym on the other. When you're waiting for your laundry to be done, you can work out at the same time. This design is fantastic! In addition, there is also an Ahyi (house keeper) in the laundry room to help, who can also help you wash, dry, and then return the clothes to your room. The Ahyi wasn't there when I was there, so I threw the clothes into the washing machine myself, and it started automatically when I pressed start (the washing liquid is automatically added by the machine, you don't need to do anything). Then I found that I had forgotten to throw in a sock, but the washing machine had already started spinning. I had no choice but to leave my 1 sock in the laundry bag. After a while, the Ahyi (service staff) came back and saw my sock. She asked me, ”Did you forget to put it in? I can wash it by hand for you. It can be dried with your other clothes in a while.” Take a look at my single room - this is the bed in the single room, which is a full 2 meters wide! Look at the TV, the TV in the single room is 85 inches!"

"First time visiting Shanwei, and this hotel was perfect! You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach, and the courtyard is beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but my kids had a blast every day in the indoor pool. The hotel offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, so we decided to give it a try. The photographer was really easygoing and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and lively travel photos we got – I even ended up purchasing over ten extra pictures because I was so happy with them! 😊"

GGuest UserThis was our second time staying at this hotel, visiting family and doing some sightseeing with my family of three. The environment and location are both quite good. We originally considered the Wyndham, but this hotel is newer. They even have robots deliver food to your room! However, I really have to complain about a few things. The shower water temperature was all over the place – sometimes scorching hot, almost boiling, and then suddenly freezing cold, constantly fluctuating. It was really frustrating. There's a master switch that turns off all the lights in the room, but it also turns off the air conditioning. I woke up at 3 AM sweating and had to get up to turn it back on. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear noises from both across the hall and next door. Perhaps it's a business hotel, so not having a child safety barrier is understandable, but it would be great if they could add one, as it's not a high-cost item.

GGuest UserI canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

JJohnnywalkerStayed in the couple sea view room. The room itself is very nice! Great view of the Western beach (picture taken from room). Location can be seen as distant compared to some other hotels but its in a nice quiet street with path ways down the hill to the main sea side road. There's a bath tub which was quite nice. As a non Chinese speaker, there wasn't much of a service to rate, there was no effort made to share what's in the area or tips anything like that - let alone a smile from the receptionist. The room had bits of hair and dust lying around and overall while it was a nice stay I would think there may be better alternatives at this price range.

The counter lady even upgraded our room for free, she helped us whenever we messaged her, sent us locations to visit and every time we had a question she was always helpful and replied very fast. The room was very pretty and clean , the bathtub was big and nice, the balchony was big and beautiful. I loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and room to anyone visiting Shanwei .

GGuest UserEnvironment: Staying at this villa in Shanwei was a wonderful surprise! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The villa's interior is stylishly decorated. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The living room is large, and our whole family chatted, sang karaoke, played mahjong, and had a barbecue there – the atmosphere was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the utensils and seasonings were very thoughtful; buying groceries and cooking ourselves was convenient and fun, much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The host was also super nice and answered all my questions. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you don't have to go far to buy things or eat. In short, this villa greatly enhanced my trip to Shanwei, and I will definitely choose it again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shanwei!

GGuest UserLocated on Er Ma Lou, away from the busy stretch. Bus stop to/from the high speed railway station is just a stone throw from the hotel. Restaurants around the hood. A beef hotpot restaurant just next to the hotel is reasonably priced and taste is delicious. Beds can be hard for some room type. We top up the price to a 1.8m queen sized bed which is more comfortable and not too hard. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and approachable. There’s a bus to Honghai Bay which runs at 8-10mins interval for cny11/pax per trip. The journey is about 45 mins. Taxi costs about CNY80 per trip. The bus stop is not too far from the hotel by foot.
