"We stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms. Overall i would recommend"

"During my trip to Shanwei, I stayed at many hotels, but I still think the Shanwei Ausland International Hotel offers the best value for money. As it was the off-season, they kindly upgraded our room for free and also provided complimentary breakfast and late-night snacks. Both had a great variety. Breakfast was a buffet, and the late-night snacks were à la carte. The 'treasure chest' at the front desk had items that other hotels don't, like makeup remover wipes – perfect for removing makeup before putting on a face mask and relaxing in bed while scrolling on your phone. The bed was just the right firmness. There are also many great restaurants and attractions nearby, which the front desk staff thoughtfully pointed out. They were truly attentive. A special shout-out to the front desk ladies for their quick check-in process and incredible enthusiasm. They were so helpful in recommending delicious food and fun places nearby. There's a fantastic array of food options right around the hotel. Overall, my experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanwei and will genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk."

Our stay was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give a special shout-out to Annie at the front desk. Her service was warm and attentive; she processed our check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The room offered expansive views, with the seascape completely unobstructed – it truly created a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the scenery. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanwei.

There are two shopping malls nearby, and plenty of late-night food stalls downstairs. Parking is convenient with many individual spots in the basement. I'm planning to stay another night today. The room is also very neat and clean. I didn't take pictures of the room, just some from the night market, haha.

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was cozy, and the service was heartwarming. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanwei.

A very special thank you to the lovely and professional YOHN, whose kindness and outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. She surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking the sea, and we sincerely appreciate her generosity and warm welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes to suit every taste. My family and I also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent coffee served every morning—it was one of the highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. The hotel itself is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
