"Three of us friends decided last minute to visit Tongren for the May Day holiday, and I can't believe how great this hotel turned out to be! First off, its location is excellent, really close to the old town and other attractions. There's even a super popular beef noodle shop nearby that always has a queue. Secondly, the service was absolutely fantastic! As soon as our car pulled up, the bellhop proactively took our luggage to the front desk. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk noticed there were three of us but only two complimentary breakfasts, so she immediately offered to add an extra one! And honestly, the breakfast at the hotel ended up being the best meal I had during my entire trip to Tongren! After checking in, I was waiting for my friends on the sofa, and I think it was the lobby manager who noticed my friend and I had a bit of a cold. They proactively asked if we'd like some ginger tea to warm up and shake off the chill. Seriously, the service here is beyond words, just absolutely amazing! With this level of service and ambiance, I'll only stay at this hotel whenever I visit Tongren in the future. I completely forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I only have a shot of the view from the window during the day – it was truly lovely!"

"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with fantastic panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views. The bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The facilities are quite new, featuring a smart toilet and a large bathtub, which really enhanced the experience. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and very efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. It's located right above a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient, and parking is free. As an international brand, the quality is definitely there, and it offers great value for money. Staying here in Tongren is completely stress-free – highly recommended!"

"The location is great, with a large supermarket downstairs where I stocked up on a lot of things. Xiao Zhou's service was warm and thoughtful, always putting guests first. The room was quite spacious, and the interior decor and amenities were decent. What's really worth mentioning is how quiet it was – I couldn't hear any outside noise or sounds from the hallway, and the air conditioning was very quiet too. Breakfast was especially generous with a wide variety, including several local Tongren specialties. However, it would be even better if there was a coffee machine."

Environment: The design is beautiful; the old house renovation is very tastefully done. The room style is minimalist yet well-designed. Cleanliness: There were some cleanliness issues; the blanket had some stains. Service: The housekeeper contacted us in advance and recommended some good local restaurants. However, they might be short-staffed as the front desk was often unattended. One issue was that the room was very large, but there was heavy rain that night, and the toilet leaked. It's an old house, so it's understandable, but it still needs to be repaired promptly."

"Having stayed in many hotels, this one has the best value for money! The facilities aren't new, so I wouldn't recommend it for tourists looking for a relaxing vacation. However, I highly recommend it for those on a budget who want a comfortable place to stay. The room had everything you'd expect. It looked a bit old, but it was just worn, not dirty (as anyone who's stayed in an old house knows). It was cleaned quite well. The shower pipe in my room was slightly broken and leaked, but the hot water was plentiful, so showering wasn't a problem. The breakfast was simple, just a regular breakfast, but definitely not bad! It was much more convenient than finding a breakfast shop in the cold winter mornings. Two days they served porridge, vegetables, and steamed buns, and on the last day they served freshly made noodles and rice noodles. I ate one bowl but wasn't full, so I asked for another. The staff were also very friendly. The most important thing is! The room was really nice! Large! The bathroom wasn't cramped either! And the mattress was very thick! I stayed for four days, and this spacious room was still the most comfortable. Perhaps because the room was large and far away, there was very little noise. Overall, the stay was good, and even though I'm not a big sleeper, I slept quite well. So far, the only hotels I've stayed in that have been more comfortable than this one are four-star hotels. However, four-star hotels are expensive, so this one is more budget-friendly. Satisfied, five-star review. Wishing the hotel great success."

"The hotel's exterior is elegant and suitable for taking photos, but the rooms are just average. The cleanliness is so-so, with some food scraps left by previous guests on the floor in the corners. The overall layout of the rooms is a bit cramped. Because it's a garden-style building, it only has two or three floors and no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk a bit from the hotel lobby to your room, and the path is winding. You can only get to your room by going up the stairs. Another big problem for those who drive is that the parking lot is very small. Even in the off-season, the parking lot fills up quickly. If you arrive late, you have to park far away. Moreover, the parking spaces inside the hotel are very narrow and can only accommodate a few cars. In some spaces, two cars are parked behind each other, and there is no way for people to get out on either side. The left side is right next to a pillar, and the right side is right next to the car next to you. When the car next to you opens its door, it will definitely hit your car, otherwise you can't get in. You can imagine how narrow the parking spaces are. I originally booked two nights, but after staying one night, I canceled the one night and stayed at a hotel with a large parking lot instead."

"Great Location, just outside the Tongren High speed Railway Station铜仁高铁站店 and the attractions are within reach. Next to the hotel have some eatery. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast spread was good and they have live station. The room a little small but was neat and clean . Because was near the railway station, sometime can heard the train passed by. Overall : Satisfied"

"The service was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. They even offered a shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were well-equipped, making it very convenient for getting around."
