Perfect
I am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

This hotel has been in my collection for a long time. This time, when I saw the pre-sale package, I immediately brought my parents to experience it. It was really different in the winter off-season. The hotel is in the mountains, private and quiet. The hotel facilities are complete and the scenery is beautiful. It is absolutely a pleasure to sit on the cloud ladder of more than 200 meters and drink afternoon tea on the top of the mountain. The housekeeper Zoey will introduce some of the hotel facilities in advance before the trip, and will also ask about matters that need to be prepared in advance, which is very considerate. This package also includes free photo shooting. The photographer Mr. Fan is very professional. He will find a good camera position and teach you how to pose on the spot, so that such beautiful photos can be taken. Family and friends all praised the good photos. It was a very satisfying trip.

The room was cozy and of good quality. The service was exceptional. On a snowy day, they helped cover my car with a car cover after I parked outside. The front desk staff were very helpful and I highly recommend them. You can even see the snow scene from your bed!

It is located about 40 min away from the train station. It’s a good spot because it is quiet and you can access the scenic areas easily by taxi. You have nearby Dafosi temple ( 20 min), Mount Tianmu ( 30 min) and Shijiufeng ( 50 min) The room was comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was included.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
