Originally, the boss asked us to stop the visitor center and take the Jingjiao car to enter the village, but the security guard at the entrance of the village said that you can drive in. But don't go to Xinchang Tu Restaurant, it's not delicious and the amount of dishes is small)

I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

I could see the sea of ​​clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

The front desk didn't activate the room key, and after a long shuttle bus and boat ride to the room, I couldn't get in. Plus, the butler wasn't not notified in time via WeChat, leaving me confused about many things. Of course, the staff were still diligent and enthusiastic, but the overall training wasn't up to par, and the service system wasn't as comprehensive as that of chain hotels. Also, while the boat ride is a unique feature, having to wait for the boat to cross to the other side for breakfast was really inconvenient.
