"The room was fantastic! I felt the Deluxe Seaview Room was even better than the Romantic Room, with an unobstructed sea view. It was a bit close to the road, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. I couldn't book a continuous stay, but the hotel helped move our luggage when we switched rooms, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance! The views are beautiful, and breakfast was delicious too."

"This hotel is comfortable and offers great value for money. Getting to Phuket Town requires a taxi, but there are plenty of restaurants and 7-Elevens nearby, which is convenient. The disposable toiletries and hairdryer in the room are a high-end touch for a hotel at this price point. The infinity pool is amazing and very relaxing for a holiday. "The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. However, the service did not meet expectations. The staff were not particularly welcoming and could benefit from improving their courtesy and customer service skills. I was given brunch vouchers stating that brunch starts at 10:30. When I arrived at that time, I was asked to wait while the staff made several calls and discussed the voucher among themselves. The situation felt disorganized and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel can improve its service to match the quality of its facilities"

"The room is very spacious, complete with an induction hob and microwave. The bathroom is also large, but I have to complain about the water quality – it's really poor; the filter looked like this after just two uses... The location is decent, a bit far from the city center. Actually, the 100009 boat noodle place near the hotel is quite good, and there's a popular massage spot right opposite, so there's no need to trek all the way to the old town. The hotel service is excellent; the airport transfer driver even called me and communicated in Chinese at the front desk, and I didn't encounter any unhelpful staff. The selection at 7-Eleven throughout the old town isn't as good as near Kata Beach, so don't make the same mistake I did, getting dragged to 7-Eleven every day – it's too tiring and completely unnecessary. And again, I have to gripe about how expensive taxis are, much more than in Shanghai! Overall, this Phuket trip was very successful~"

"Early February, peak season in Phuket. The hotel was around 500 RMB a night, without breakfast. Honestly, for Phuket, considering the price and the size of the hotel, it was quite reasonable. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are a bit small, but the swimming pool is a huge plus. Conveniently located near a 7-Eleven, Decathlon, Big C, Central Shopping Center, KFC, and McDonald's, all within walking distance. The hotel also has its own massage service. You can rent a scooter from the front desk, and the proprietress is very kind. The facilities are a little dated, but that's common for hotels in Phuket unless they're newly built. The Wi-Fi wasn't great."

The reception staff were friendly and greeted guests warmly. **However, the bathroom still had a bad smell from the drain.** This should be addressed urgently. Overall, the accommodation was good and I would recommend it."

"At first I had some doubts because the reviews mentioned that the hotel is located on a steep hill, but it’s actually very manageable. For those who find it too challenging, you can simply take a Grab or Bolt (just keep in mind that there can be traffic in the afternoon and evening). The hotel is beautiful, very clean, offers great service, and has a lovely view of Kata Beach from the pool. Definitely recommended!"

"The airport pickup was excellent. Definitely worth booking in advance to save any hassle. I stayed in the double villa room which was very spacious and clean. One row behind the poolside villas which would have been nicer but maybe noisier. The pool was lovely and clean and sunbeds were mostly covered by a sunshade if you wanted one. Unfortunately when I arrived the TV, aircon and the shower were not working properly and this took more than an hour to sort which meant I was unable to sleep. The TV and aircon had problems for both of the days I was there 😢 Some Reception staff had limited English which wasn't a big problem but it would be nice to have better English. (Maybe it was my Yorkshire accent that threw them 😂). Would I stay again. Yes - Probably for the pickup, price and cleanliness."

"Beautiful, relaxing place. The villa is Thai style, very spacious and cozy. The natural light coming from the roof in a bathroom is impressive. The pool has bubbles and is very clean. The food is delicious. Location not that great considering a big, smelly lake has to be passed to approach the beach. Be careful with stairs in a bedroom, we both fell down at night. 😭"

MMrV12341234LOVED our stay here and would recommend the place to others. See my below pros and cons. Pros: -the staff was very friendly. They all worked very hard to make sure the guests are happy. -The food was delicious (especially the curry’s). Everything is good except maybe some of the western things like the hamburgers. Stick with the Thai dishes. The breakfast buffet was slightly above average. -The rooms were very clean. No bugs. -They provided us a very nice crib for our nine month old -we never once heard our neighbors, or any guests, through the walls. -The ac worked great. -There is a free shuttle to old town Phuket each day (but see cons below on this). You can use the Bolt or Grab app to call a taxi. This is much cheaper than the on site taxi. -Free ride to and from the local beach (it’s not realistic to walk there because the road is too steep). -The beach is very quiet compared to most beaches in Phuket. There is a bar at the beach that serves all kinds of drinks. There are free beach chairs for you. If they are all taken the staff has large picnic mats for you to use (see below for negatives about the beach) -beach area has a small children’s playground. One of those plastic castle style climb / slide things. There is also two small football (soccer) goals and a volleyball net. -the beach is really nice in its own way. The sand and water is not as beautiful as other Phuket beaches, especially those on the west side, but the views of the nearby islands make it very serene and something the west side beaches don’t have. If you’re not coming to snorkel and see fish, it’s a good beach. There is also lots of shade if needed. -you get one free kayak rental per stay -The sheets in the room were changed every day and were very clean and comfortable -The hot water was really hot and never ran out. -our room had a mini fridge that worked great and had a little freezer section. -The pool is very clean, cool, and relaxing. You can order drinks right in the pool -The upper pool has an amazing view of the Thai islands. Make sure to get to the pool early (8-9am) and secure a chair or two if you plan to have a pool day. -speaking of the view, because you’re on the east side, there are many islands in the distance, making the view’s spectacular. The west side beaches you’re looking out into open ocean. Here you see mountains and hills in the distance. Cons: -they give your room 2 water bottles each day, but you’re stuck at the resort unless you hire a taxi. So we had to continually buy water from the desk or restaurant until we went out to the 7-11 (I recommend stopping at a convenience store on your taxi ride to the resort and stock up on water, drinks, snacks etc that you enjoy) -you have to get a taxi everywhere, even to a convenience store. -There is a small store on site that sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs, cigarettes, etc. but it was never open. We got really frustrated because our 9 month old uses water for his formula and we simply couldn’t get enough water, so we had to repeatedly ask to use the store and then a worker finally came and let us buy some water. -Our room did not have electric outlets next to the bed (could be a pro for some?). Actually, there was only one outlet in the room that was reasonably accessible to charge phones. (Plug outlets are multi purpose, had USA & Europe holes) -The snorkeling is terrible at the Supalai beach. Very murky and cloudy water (The tides are rather extreme here, hundreds of feet of shore line exposed), leaving a muddy/marsh like area at the beach each evening. We even did a day trip over to Naka Yai island and Nahka noi island and the snorkeling was also pointless because the water is so cloudy. If you plan to snorkel don’t stay in the east side. But if you just want to side by the shore, relax, and get in for a quick dip… the beach is ok. -No cloths line In Room to hang wet clothes / beach towels -the free shuttle into town only seats 11 people so you need to r
