"We had a great time staying at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, nice, and very helpful! When my daughter could not find the bus stop and missed a bus, the front lady helped her so calmly to get an Uber, so that she was able to be on time. We really appreciate her perfect judgment. The hotel is close from the Metro, and located right across the beautiful library and within the walking distance to the Arch and the Union Station."

"Reason for the deducted points is that our toilet would barely flush, and our room was located next to the surrounding outdoor bars. Unfortunately, no sleep was possible due to the lack of soundproofing. Because we stayed less than 24 hours, these were not issues we felt worth mentioning to the staff at the time. However, given the issues we experienced and the money spent—especially considering we checked in around 3 p.m. and checked out before 7 a.m.—the price for one night is definitely not worth the cost."

"Old hotel modification elevator at least 40 years old breakfast is good. And HOME2 The same front desk has almost no parking lot. There is a substitute class opening 55 knives a day."

"We have stayed with Drury before, but different locations in St. Louis. This was our first time at the Arch location and won't be our last! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Best kickback yet! My son had a wonderful experience hitting up the Market for a late snack and the associate was soooo nice! They had microwaveable pizza and candy, perfect! Will Absolutely stay here again."

"It was actually a good hotel, after all, it was Hampton Inn. It was past 8:30 when we arrived, the streets were empty, and we couldn't find anything to eat. We returned to the hotel frustrated, and suddenly found free hot water coffee, instant noodles, pizza and microwave in a corner of the lobby. Wow! My good impression of this hotel doubled. Go out and cross the street to get close to the arch. The green space is the most beautiful existence in this city. The spring flowers are blooming. Looking up at the towering arch, I can't help but feel that American manufacturing was really good in the past."

"Directly next to the airport. Beautiful lobby with a bar and restaurant. Plentiful lounge seating. I definitely felt very fancy walking in here! I enjoyed the heated indoor pool. It was only $50 more expensive than a Quality Inn in the same area, which I felt was well worth the money for the amenities and quality of service. The shower is awesome, good water pressure and HOT!! Even a little bar to rest your foot on so you can wash/shave your legs!! The downside was that maybe the housekeeping team is understaffed because I noticed the carpets in the hallway didn't seem to have been vacuumed recently, there was a wad of hair on the floor in my room, and the bed skirt was stained, ripped, and hanging off. I brought this to the attention of the front desk upon checkout. The small sign on the back of the door said that a single room can go for $399. If I had paid that price and received a room with hair and torn bedding, I would have been ticked. But as I got a good deal, it ultimately didn't bother me. I would stay here again."

"A little far from the union station, it is hard to walk. But at the top, you can see the arches of St. Louis. The first floor lobby is open and free of charge, and the variety is not enough. It seems to have a gym but didn't go. The room is a little small, there is a refrigerator, but the outside door is actually painted like a drawer, which is nothing if it is not found."

"Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!"

"The price is similar to the Super 8, but it is much better than the Super 8. It is best not to choose a room on the side of the highway. It is very noisy at night. This hotel is no longer a holiday hotel chain"
