"The hotel is extremely old. The water pressure for the shower in my room was terrible as was the heating. The noise insulation is poor. I could hear the room beside mine clearly. The staff are not very helpful and don't seem to have the typical friendly Thai customer service attitude. I asked to borrow a phone charger as I misplaced mine and they just told they don't do that. If all you want is a big room and a location near to wherever it is you need to go, then this hotel is good value. Since it's so cheap. That's about all that's good I can say."

"I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. 💓💓💓💓💓 The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬 If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐 The facilities here are excellent: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • Restaurant And the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me. For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10. As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average. Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future. Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀"

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with three 7-11 convenience stores nearby and a great selection of massage parlors. It's easy to get around from here. Terminal 21 is also very close, so you can grab food from the food court anytime. Highly recommend it to friends!"

"We booked the panoramic room. The staff were nice to show us the room with jaccuzi in case we wanted to swop. We enjoyed the panoramic room. It is rare to have a panoramic hotel room. We only had one night there and we werent in to see any sunset. But the sunrise was nice. The location was strategic. Just in front of the river but yet the surrounding was quiet and safe. The room is soundproof so there was no noise. We like the ample parking space in front of the hotel. There is welcome drink from 5pm to 11pm. Unfortunately, we were not around to enjoy it. There were free biscuits and drinks at the hotel lobby. The room was clean. Even thougj it is a small boutique hotel, there is an elevator to the different levels. Breakfast was good. There is nothing not good about the hotel except maybe to have the welcome drink available in the daytime as well."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the room itself is spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a great variety, and there are afternoon refreshments available daily. The staff and managers were all very polite and welcoming. I was incredibly touched that they prepared a birthday cake and decorations for me."

The location is super convenient, right across from a night market and only about a 3-minute walk to the airport MRT station, making it easy to find food and get around. "Perfect for our overnight stay in Bangkok, only 20 mins drive from the airport. It was clean, very affordable and had a nice pool. Staff were very friendly on arrival. There is an excellent local restaurant opposite the hotel for which I included a photo of and a 7eleven very close."

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and there is a beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view. I also had the breakfast, which was perfectly organized and absolutely delicious. Thank you for the wonderful stay, I hope to return again soon!"

"The hotel is located in one of the most popular districts for affluent Thais and foreigners in Bangkok. It is located right above the most popular nightclub in the country, Bha Karat. The soundproofing is pretty good if you stay on the 4th floor up. The rooms are clean and the checking-in and checking-out process is extremely easy but the hotel does not have a lot of services. There is no room service. Some rooms have the kitchenette, microwave, and also places where you can actually cook your food. Some rooms also have been recently renovated. The hotel is great value for money for the location and the quality of the assets but the service is lacking behind. The hotel seems to be improving on this a lot and getting the neighbouring businesses to help on this. So far the experience is really good"
