There are food options downstairs, making it good value for money to stay here. It's about 1 km from Seacon Square, Train Night Market, and MRT Suan Luang Rama IX."

"The suite is very spacious and comes with a fridge, microwave, and induction cooktop, making it feel perfect for a family trip. The location is excellent; there's a 7-Eleven and a Let's Spa with hot springs just a short walk downstairs. It's about a five-minute walk to the BTS station, Central World, and Big C. There are many hotels around here. The only downside is the traffic."

"Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their patience and politeness. We arrived around 10 PM Bangkok time, but the staff were incredibly polite and helpful with their explanations – the service was truly outstanding. The room had a bathtub, but the decor felt quite dated. Overall, it seems more suited for business travelers, and the room itself was spacious enough. The pool is on the 9th floor; you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then walk up to the 9th. The pool isn't very deep, and there's a shower in the corner for rinsing off. It was quite clean. This is an honest review."

"Hotel rooms were great, breakfast was excellent especially the coffee. I am a coffee drinker and good coffee is a must 😀. Staff were all very friendly, respectful and helpful. I have nothing bad to say against this hotel. The hotel pool was a little small and could do with more sun lounges. The whole of my stay was just great until the end. We feel we get the support from the hotel when we encounter a problem outside their hotel. We had booked a taxi on our grab app that stated big enough to fit 2 large suitcases. When the taxi arrived there were no no room in the boot to fit 2 large suitcase and we have 2 large and 2 small suitcases. Although the hotel staff were onsite to help us the driver didn’t even get out of the taxi to greet or help us. We dispute this saying the taxi inscription was not as said in the app. We asked if the hotel can order us another taxi as we are now running late to catch our flight. The driver now got out of his car said we should cancel the taxi ourselves, we tried to cancel but the app said we have to pay cancellation fee even though this was not our fault. By this time the manager from the hotel came over asking what the problem was, they discussed this in Thai between the taxi driver and staff who were there. The manager then said that they cannot or us a taxi until we cancel this taxi. We had no choice but to cancel on our app with the cancellation fee as we want to leave and not want to miss our flight. I know the fee wasn’t a lot but it was the principle that this was not our fault. We only booked it in good faith that the taxi has enough space to fit our suitcases but it wasn’t true in this case. The hotel eventually ordered us another taxi after we cancelled our taxi that was useless to us. So this was the moment we took away with us on our last few hours of the hotel which was not great. We felt disappointed at the end of a wonderful experience which wasn’t pleasant."

"We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Hotel Valia Bangkok and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers spacious, comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The room size was excellent by Bangkok standards, and housekeeping did a great job every day. A special mention to the staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome and added to the overall experience. The location is convenient, and the hotel facilities are excellent, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While the quality of the food was good, the menu remained almost identical every day. Since we stayed for 7 days, we found ourselves having practically the same breakfast throughout our stay 😃. Also, there were limited options for Indian guests, so a bit more variety and rotation in the menu would make the experience even better. Overall, an excellent hotel with outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and great value. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok."

"I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. 💓💓💓💓💓 The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬 If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐 The facilities here are excellent: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • Restaurant And the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me. For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10. As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average. Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future. Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀"

"It as advertised as having a restaurant. There was a large outdoor one overlooking the river but it was closed. My room had a view of the river which was a positive. The room did not have a phone so when I arrived I had to go down to say the wi-fi wasn't working. A while later I had to go down again to say the safe was locked. Someone came up to open it but as soon as I tested it afterwards it stayed locked. Couldn't be bothered to go down again. However I lost my card room key and they charged me 300 baht to replace it. In the booking it said there was a 500 baht deposit. Didn't point out only cash. Ridiculous when everything in Thailand is done by card or scan. Another positive was there was a good breakfast especially the Greek fruit yoghurt."
