"My experience at the Business Inn was brilliant. Smooth check in and no issues at all, staff at the front desk were all wonderful: patient, kind, knowledgeable. Constantly welcoming me back to the hotel! Something small that I appreciate. The room was wonderful, all the appliances worked brilliantly, and I was honestly astounded by the amount of space for the price! Very good value. Furthermore, the room cleanliness was perfect, I had no concerns and always felt good coming home. Loved the location, lots of action and good feelings in the neighborhood. "Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. About 20 minutes to the main attractions downtown. Really nothing to complain about except a few really minor details. 1. There is not exhaust fan in the bathroom. 2. There is a big gap under the door that let's noise and light in at night 3. The elevators are really squeaky:); and 4. They should have orange juice, not orange 'drink' for breakfast."

"Generally speaking, the location of the Youth Hostel is very good. Ottawa is not very concentrated, the highlight is to catch up with the Queen's funeral service. There are too many Ottawa homeless, and the Youth Hostel is lined up. The Youth Hostel is very clean, and the younger brother is hygienic. I am also the first time I am mixed with men and women. It is good to sit in a hard sleep. Every day, bed in the morning, wake up late and late, basically no embarrassment. Impressed was the rainy day after visiting the National Gallery and sitting in the cafe drinking coffee. The years were quiet, and the domestic chickens and dogs jumped, thinking when they would return to normal, couldn't help but cry."

"This hotel is nice & cozy. Clean pool & gym, good breakfast. There is a small shop at Lobby. A supermarket “Food Basics” will be opening soon opposite the hotel, this is very good if you prefer to cook meals. Subway is just opposite too & lots of buses stop by around the hotel. Walking to China town takes only 15-20 mins where you can dine at different restaurants. We will stay here again next time when visiting Ottawa."

"The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts."

"A nice apartment which is walking distance to Parliament Hill and others tourists attractions. Wifi is good and provides all the necessary amenities you needed and washing machine."

"Ottawa is very small, the hotel location is very convenient, also in the core area, about 20 minutes to the subway station. I saw that everyone commented that the facilities were old and I didn't think it was in the way. When I checked in, the swimming pool could not be used. The indoor one did not say that the reason was repaired. Second, the deposit pre-authorization requires 200 knives, the sound of the air conditioner in the room rumbling, quickly call the front desk to see, the little brother said that there is no way that it may be broken, and then whispered to me, or I asked the front desk if I could change a room. Dreams came, called the front desk, the front desk said to go upstairs to the same room type and wait for someone to send the key to change the room. Well, after waiting for 15 minutes, no one came, just take the floor phone to the front desk, and then the front desk said to wait for them to urge them, and then Shi sinks the sea and waits for 15 minutes. Well, go downstairs and ask the front desk, the one at the front desk, said in vain that she didn't receive the call, didn't say to change the room, said that the air conditioner was normal! She answered the phone, can the hotel phone call be elsewhere, originally it is not necessary to change, must waste customer time... This service attitude is a bit too greasy!"

"A particularly good check-in experience. The front desk is friendly. They can cook, which solves the embarrassment of not being able to find food on Christmas Eve. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. This is the only drawback."
