"Very comfortable and enjoyable stay! All their staff are very friendly and helpful. Unit is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. Location is fantastic! Walking distance to many tourists sights and there’s a metro station and bus stop nearby too."

"Room in downtown opposite university of Ottawa about 400 meters from Metro kitchen room so wide Price room is reasonable"

"The hotel left a very good impression. The location is excellent – everything is nearby: the city center, shops, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, which was very convenient. The fast check-in via the app was a big plus – quick and hassle-free. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable for relaxing. Things to improve (room 902): some furniture (for example, the wardrobe) felt a bit old, although it was clean and functional."

"The hotel is old but the bathroom has been refurbished with new amenities and is great now. There are also enough usb connections for mobile devices on the bedroom. Location wise, it is very central and within walking distance to attractions and food. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. And there is free self-service laundry available. A huge surprise for me."

"The room is spacious, tidy and clean with sufficient facilities. I really appreciate the housekeeping. The housekeeper is considerate and helpful. The breakfast is included and the variety is sufficient. I think this hotel provides good value for money with such service and breakfast at reasonable prices."

"A very spacious family room for 4 adults. The room rate has already included buffet breakfast and free parking. The buffet breakfast has various selections, which is the most enjoyable hotel breakfast I came across in Canada. Value for money. Highly recommended for any visitor who plans to stay in Ottawa."

"Cartier place was clean and very well maintained. Location was convenient and we were glad we could cook our own meals. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool."

"Great place to stay with a good breakfast."
