It was a a wonderful experience for a couple of first timers in Buenos Aires. After spending the past couple of weeks in hotel rooms it was so nice having an apartment to ourselves. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and modern. I want to give special thanks to the front desk, Javier. He was kind, helpful, friendly and gave us great suggestions for what to do whilst we were in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The only point to improve is that during my stay the inlet hall was in work, something they had not informed me before (i knew the spa was in repair). The hotel was very friendly and offered dinner and massage as a compensation, which I appreciate very much.
In short, a very recommended place by location, comfort and environment, with careful attention.

The room was very nice, with a large double bed. Breakfast was only available in the room, but was good. Language is an issue if you can't speak Spanish, however, the staff was very understanding, and with the translator app, it was a lot more easier to explain what we needed. The room 303 which faces the road, was a bit noisy ,due to rubbish collection trucks parking right outside the hotel,and the driver would keep the engine running for nearly 45 to 60 minutes. The thing that was a bit wrong was that when we checked out, the taxes were collected in cash, ARS pesos, which we were told when booking would be around 4,600, but we were charged nearly 13,000, which was higher than expected

The hotel was very quiet at night, and the open-air balcony was very comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room floor was a little dusty, but it didn't affect the overall experience. It's suitable for travelers staying for several days. The kitchenette is useful for preparing meals, and the amenities provided are very basic, but the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled very relaxing. The only downside was the incredibly frustrating check-in process. I almost gave up and booked another hotel because both indoor phone numbers on the hotel's confirmation email were unreachable, and the online check-in booking number was incorrect, preventing me from checking in online. Initially, I couldn't even contact the platform. I had to request a refund because I arrived after the front desk's closing time (5 PM), making it impossible to check in on-site. Thankfully, the platform eventually helped me obtain the property's WhatsApp number. The accommodation provider should provide the WhatsApp address directly in the initial notification letter for easy and timely contact. Otherwise, it is really inconvenient for tourists who are constantly traveling by plane or transiting through the airport to only be able to contact them via indoor phone and there is no one to provide service after a certain time.

GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks

LLKHAGVASURENI'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place.
Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort.
On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment.
In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.

GGuest UserThis is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
