The hotel is very new, just renovated, the public area is quiet and tidy, the details are very textured, there is no over-commercial feeling, the location is convenient, the price is high, the neat experience is loose and comfortable. The room is large, clean and transparent, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk is very polite, neat and worth recommending.

Before going to the hotel, I asked if parking was convenient, and the front desk said it was very convenient and free. When I arrived at the hotel, it was truly excellent. There was a parking lot right outside, and taxis could also take you directly to the door. The rooms were very clean, the hotel location was quiet, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is very fast, the robot delivers the items very well, the room is well lit, the hygiene is in place, that is, the hot kettle is very good, the tea tastes very good, the overtime information is finished with the two bags 😃, that is, the cup is a little small, I was worried about the inconvenience of taking a taxi when I went to the mold park on a business trip. After I arrived at the store, I saw a free pick-up and drop-off. It solved the worry of travel difficulties. It was really awkward and the overall experience was superb.

The style of the entire homestay is mountain Japanese style, which I personally like very much. The scenery is very good and very quiet, and the outdoor swimming pool is a plus. The comfort of the bedding is OK, and the breakfast is filling, but it has a lot of carbohydrates. It would be better if a little protein was added to the breakfast. During my stay at the hotel, the most impressive thing was the thoughtful butler service, there was a fruit plate every day, sweet soup in the evening, and the coffee of Yeyouka was delicious! I will continue to use the brand of Dalezhiye in the future

Hotel service quality is the best for our China trip. Hotel is relatively close to 天一广场（around 5mins) where musical fountain show being performed around 8.30pm (after dinner)。 Front desk staff are very helpful and special praises to 九月 and Cici. 九月 recommended 阿毛饭店 that serves delicious Ningbo cruisines and join their gold card membership for only Rmb39 which includes 6 breakfast vouchers per year. Besides popcorn, they also serve dessert supper to our room even past their room service hours (7.30pm to 9pm). On site laundry service collection & delivery can also be arranged. Front service, Cici, also helped to carry our luggages to board didi car before departing to Ningbo station. Many thanks!

We had problems with the hot water and the air conditioning. However, we were moved to a new room, and the situation resolved itself. I hope such issues don’t occur too often, as we plan on coming to the Atour Hotel again. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the room was nice, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I was pleased to find some complementary coffee was provided. The location is perfect. Heyi Avenue, with its luxury stores, is across the street, and Tianyi Square, the heart of Ningbo, is a short walk away. Share bicycles and public transportation are within easy reach. I enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel.

We had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

It’s a really nice place/ location . Very peaceful and very close to a small town that has all basic things u need (about 15 minutes walking) . They staff are very nice , they were very accommodating on our needs. The place does needs some maintenance as we encounter some light issues and we had to change room, and some mold . Other than that it’s a great place

The location is excellent, very close to Tianyi Square, Tianyi Pavilion, Drum Tower, Nantang Old Street, City God Temple, the Bund, and Yuehu Park. Transportation is convenient with a subway station and bus stop nearby, and a taxi ride to the train station is just the starting fare. Overall, it's a great location, near shopping malls and an old commercial street with plenty of dining options. The front desk service is very good, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The soundproofing is average, but it's still quite quiet at night. The hotel is a bit old overall, but well-maintained. It has all the necessary facilities, and the price is reasonable, making it a good value.
