Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

Nice Hotel located very near to big malls, a little bit difficult to be found, but the room are great, usually rooms are smoke smelled, but this one is not and the receptionist is kind enough to upgrade the room.

The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The hotel has free parking. After staying for one night. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel front desk staff and cleaning staff are very good. If you order takeout and the robot can't deliver it, the front desk will help deliver it to the room. Great. The front desk lobby is equipped with free snacks/baked sweet potatoes/purified water and care products (alcohol cotton pads/iodine/care bags/rubber bands/individually packaged dental floss), and there is 🆓 sugar water every afternoon, which is really great♥️. Anyway, I personally like it very much. After arriving in Ningbo, I only recognize Yousu. A small suggestion, the room is more perfect with 2 bags of American coffee😍

Great hotel, the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is really lovely. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty though very much Chinese, so not for every foreign traveler. The rooms are spacious and the shower is very good as well. The location is OK, some restaurants around, but the metro is a little far. Really depends on why you are in Ningbo. For us, it was convenient but I wouldn't stay here for tourism.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel 😍it’s my second time booking this hotel and both my experiences have been amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, Xiaohu was very kind and willing to attend to every question I had. I highly recommend this hotel. It is affordable and the rooms have mind blowing views!

The style of the entire homestay is mountain Japanese style, which I personally like very much. The scenery is very good and very quiet, and the outdoor swimming pool is a plus. The comfort of the bedding is OK, and the breakfast is filling, but it has a lot of carbohydrates. It would be better if a little protein was added to the breakfast. During my stay at the hotel, the most impressive thing was the thoughtful butler service, there was a fruit plate every day, sweet soup in the evening, and the coffee of Yeyouka was delicious! I will continue to use the brand of Dalezhiye in the future

Hotel service quality is the best for our China trip. Hotel is relatively close to 天一广场（around 5mins) where musical fountain show being performed around 8.30pm (after dinner)。 Front desk staff are very helpful and special praises to 九月 and Cici. 九月 recommended 阿毛饭店 that serves delicious Ningbo cruisines and join their gold card membership for only Rmb39 which includes 6 breakfast vouchers per year. Besides popcorn, they also serve dessert supper to our room even past their room service hours (7.30pm to 9pm). On site laundry service collection & delivery can also be arranged. Front service, Cici, also helped to carry our luggages to board didi car before departing to Ningbo station. Many thanks!

We had problems with the hot water and the air conditioning. However, we were moved to a new room, and the situation resolved itself. I hope such issues don’t occur too often, as we plan on coming to the Atour Hotel again. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the room was nice, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I was pleased to find some complementary coffee was provided. The location is perfect. Heyi Avenue, with its luxury stores, is across the street, and Tianyi Square, the heart of Ningbo, is a short walk away. Share bicycles and public transportation are within easy reach. I enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel.

We had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

It’s a really nice place/ location . Very peaceful and very close to a small town that has all basic things u need (about 15 minutes walking) . They staff are very nice , they were very accommodating on our needs. The place does needs some maintenance as we encounter some light issues and we had to change room, and some mold . Other than that it’s a great place

The location is excellent, very close to Tianyi Square, Tianyi Pavilion, Drum Tower, Nantang Old Street, City God Temple, the Bund, and Yuehu Park. Transportation is convenient with a subway station and bus stop nearby, and a taxi ride to the train station is just the starting fare. Overall, it's a great location, near shopping malls and an old commercial street with plenty of dining options. The front desk service is very good, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The soundproofing is average, but it's still quite quiet at night. The hotel is a bit old overall, but well-maintained. It has all the necessary facilities, and the price is reasonable, making it a good value.
