The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they saw we had a child and gave us a complimentary upgrade, and even sent fruit to the room. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Whether it was a room request or travel advice, she was always patient, answered all our questions, and handled everything efficiently. Her work was meticulous, and she was incredibly kind and gentle, taking care of every detail perfectly. We truly experienced the thoughtful hospitality of a high-end hotel. The value for money is excellent, and it's definitely worth coming back again and again!

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Hutuo Hotel! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and commercial area. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous and thoughtful. The front desk is warm and professional 24 hours a day, and responds to any problems in seconds. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the local snacks are very authentic. I especially like the balcony in the room, which can take in the natural scenery of Hutuo River. The price-performance ratio is super high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose here next time!

A pleasant surprise was the humidifier, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, which was a downside. Also, there was no executive lounge, which was disappointing. Special shout-out to the swimming pool, it was excellent.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: I'd like to give a special mention to Esther at the front desk; her service was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely wonderful.

1. Efficient and patient service: We arrived during peak check-in times, and the front desk lady was incredibly efficient. While quickly checking my information and handling my paperwork, she also cheerfully answered my questions about directions to nearby attractions. Everything was handled in just a few minutes.
2. Prompt response: I called to ask about nearby restaurants, and the front desk not only recommended two local favorites but also helped me find directions, making it much easier than searching for directions myself.
This was a very comfortable stay, and the front desk service was a huge factor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserI received a reminder about my one-night stay here three days before arriving, so I assumed that everything was OK with my reservation. When I showed up, the receptionist said that she couldn't give me a room and wrote in Chinese which I translated that she could help me to get a refund. I replied, 'No, I have a reservation so you must give me a room. If you don't have any available here, let's go to the hotel next door and you can ask them to do you a favor and give you one for me.' We did, but it seems that there were none available. So, after going back to Junting Business Hotel, she gave me a room. I still don't understand what the problem was and request the hotel to respond here. The receptionist's incompetence was a big shock because it's the first time that I experienced it in China. The big advantage of this hotel is that it's about a seven-minute walk from the airport, T2. Another advantage is that they sell a variety of snacks and drinks. Upon checking out, I had to just leave the room key on the counter because no one was there.
