The hotel lobby appeared to be undergoing renovations. The elevator was making strange noises due to a malfunction and wasn't even shut down, which was quite unsettling. The facilities were a major letdown. Considering this hotel is already one of the pricier options in Guanzi Ridge, the quality really shouldn't be this low. However, the room itself was truly impeccable. It boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, and both the hot spring water and the shower heated up quickly. Overall, it was quite good. Breakfast was the most pleasant part of my stay. Dining amidst the forest was a fantastic experience.

Staying at 'King's Garden Villa' in Guanziling this time, the moment I stepped into the resort, that vacation relaxation just washed over me. The entire resort is free of towering buildings; what greets your eyes are charming, nature-infused cabins and low-rise houses, artfully scattered throughout the grounds, creating the impression of a secluded village retreat. The main lobby boasts a warm, rustic style, with wooden decor and furniture that feels especially inviting and relaxing. Even though the hotel has been open for many years, the maintenance of the guest rooms, hot spring pools, and public areas is exceptionally well done – there’s no sense of age whatsoever, which speaks volumes about the meticulous management. The staff’s attitude is just as rumored: friendly, attentive, and making you feel right at home. No wonder it's always been the top choice for many Tainan locals when they come to Guanziling for hot springs. Its years of excellent reputation prove that a great resort isn't just about the scenery and hot springs, but also about that consistent comfort and warmth. This experience certainly lived up to expectations.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable, but there are many insects in the summer. The shop is very clean and they will also help light mosquito coils in front of the door. The mud hot spring is very good, the water flow is fast and sufficient It is a non-self-guided tour that takes about 7-10 minutes to walk up the mountain road. Just arrived at Guanziling District restaurants/public transportation is slightly inconvenient Just take a taxi to and from the hotel The front desk staff are also happy to help and polite.

Room: Overall, it is quite clean, but the TV station is old. Personally like the bathroom decoration is very stylish and clean, especially on the sixth floor, I feel that the view is very good. Breakfast: self-service, there are general porridge, steamed buns, toast, radish cake, etc. are quite diverse, and black tea and soy milk, coffee can be matched. Service: The service staff are very friendly, especially after checking out, I immediately noticed the items left in the room. It was really surprising and thankful. Conclusion: All aspects are not bad, I will want to consider going to the hotel again.

A great hot spring experience. Both the elders and children had a great time. The room was very clean. The bed was big enough for two adults to take a nap. You can also borrow cribs and bathtubs from the hotel. The viewing platform on the sixth floor of the hotel looks very beautiful👍The only drawback is that there are not many dishes to choose from for breakfast. The dishes are cold and should have been prepared in advance. But the overall review is great.

Breakfast has full vegetarian, semi-vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, which is very considerate👍 In addition to preparing 2 bottles of drinking water in the room, there are water dispensers on the first and fifth floors, which can be used to replenish drinking water after bathing👏

Driving to the B&B at night was a bit scary. The facilities are basic, and there's no TV. The air conditioning in the room had a musty smell.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The location of the hotel is a plus because it is near the train station and bus station.

The hotel environment is very comfortable and reassuring. It offers great value for money, perfect for solo travelers. Plus, Ximen Hall and Hongmen Scenic Area are just downstairs, making transportation and shopping very convenient and lively.

Hotel Tainan is very conveniently located behind the train station and there is a lot of food and shopping around the area. The hotel breakfast also has quite a good spread of food but some of the food are repeated. Amenities can be much better as the gym is quite small and lack of gym equipment. Door access is actually a physical key which is something that I haven’t seen for a while. Overall, it is still a comfortable hotel to stay.
