New hotel is conveniently situated at tainan 老街，great architecture design with arts pieces on display, rooms are super spacious with beautiful interior deco. Breakfast set is sooooo delicious with different menu to choose from including vegetarian, staff are attentive & friendly, wlll definitely recommend to stay for a different experience.

Hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide spread of food for the complimentary snack. Would highly recommend the passionfruit beer (welcome drink).😋 Breakfast has a good selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is incredible, everything is super clean, there is water refill and the products (soap and shampoo) they offer are natural and good quality. Feels like a home away from home. Will definately come back and can highly recommend. Cat x

New hotel. It has laundry room in 3 and 6 floor. The reception gave passcodes . You Need passcode to enter lobby at late night. To enter room. Need passcode. Bed is ok.

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

Was worried about the mixed Google reviews but Villa area was nicer than expected. Recommended to come on a weekday so there are fewer people. Enjoyed the public hot springs (room came with 1 coupon) and the personal room hot springs). Booked Tuscany room and the hot springs are located outdoors, you can still do a nude dip but take note that there are other rooms above you, can wrap a towel from the room the pools. Room itself is smaller than expected but quite decent. Some flies around but otherwise good.

Good location where few attractions are quite nearby especially 永乐市场 where several nice foods are available from morning to night. Net clothing shop is just few steps away. Paper slippers and water bottles are still available but need to take it at the check in counter. You can refill drinking water and take some snacks at 2nd floor.

Even if we see negative comments on Google Maps and Trip.com, we still give five stars on every section. The staff members' hospitality, understanding, and listening for their professional performance are the facts that need to be stressed. The location in a giant sports park is desirable and attractive for the scenery. The pagoda beside the park is not frightening at all! The cleanness of the room and restaurant is just lovely. I enjoy the choices in breakfast, and the chic environment is a plus for customers to try.

Booked a room with a private hot spring to enjoy the bath at my leisure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Although it is a very retro hotel, the environment is clean and tidy, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient!
