"We brought our kids to Guangzhou and booked a twin room at this hotel next to Taikoo Hui in Tianhe District – and it was such a pleasant surprise! I specifically chose it because the rooms have screen mirroring. When we checked in, I mentioned that my kids love watching movies, and to my surprise, they thoughtfully arranged a room with a projector and screen, plus complimentary access to a streaming service! The picture quality was clear and there was a huge selection of content. My kids were so happy watching cartoons in the room at night, which meant I could finally relax and not have to entertain them. I even ordered some takeout and caught up on my own shows nearby – it was amazing! The front desk also proactively provided special kids' toothbrushes and slippers during check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and saved us from having to pack those extra items. The attention to detail was incredible. Plus, the hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Taikoo Hui. It was super convenient for shopping and dining, making our trip with the kids completely stress-free. The room was spotless, and the facilities were great. Our stay in Guangzhou was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely recommend this place to anyone traveling with children. The value for money and the service are both faultless!"

"This place is highly recommended for its location, train connection within door step with access to various mall, food variety and travel attraction. We were very pleased with Xiao Y’s passionate front desk service helping us to escalate the check in on arrival and gotten a complimentary upgrade with daily breakfast for 2 pax. She has extended great communication with list of food recommendation and tips for attraction visting which is awesome for first timer. The room is excellent with generous space, layout and clean. Bottled Water is refilled daily with excellence housing keeping. Overall excellence with great customer service, location and value. We will be back again and highly recommend to anyone."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a voucher for either coffee or beer. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect. It’s located right next to a nice mall, great restaurants and the metro/bus. You can even see the Canton Tower from the window."

"I was very satisfied with the service. They contacted me in advance to send the hotel's location and parking information. Since my flight arrived quite early, I was worried about not having a room, so I asked, and they happened to have an available room which they expedited cleaning for. I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM and checked in smoothly. The front desk staff even helped me carry my luggage to the room when she saw I had a lot. The room already had the key card inserted and the AC on, at a comfortable temperature, and the bedding was complete and clean. One small improvement could be the scent of the air freshener. Personally, I'm not a big fan of floral or fruity scents. While it wasn't overpowering, it would be nice to have more options. For pillows, it would be great to have both a firm and a soft option, as everyone has different preferences. Overall, considering the value for money and the cleanliness of the room, it was still very good. I hope it continues to improve, and I'll definitely consider staying again if I have the chance!"

"Highly recommended to stay @ ATour hotel Taikoohui , excellent location with plenty of good food and shopping nearby. Execellent service provided with free laundry services. Our stayed @ the Jimu family room with breakfast for 2 pax were upgraded fori 3 pax . Friendly and helpful staff @ the reception counters . Rooms are clean with good shower and separated washing basin and comfortable beds and pillows . We truly enjoyed our 4 nites stayed here."

"Big and cosy room. Location was great too. Rose is very helpful. She upgraded the room to a bigger bed size. as my daughter is sick during the stay, the hotel extended our check out time to 2pm to allow my daughter to sleep after taking medicine. Had a great stay there!"
