Enjoy the hotel stay and location is fantastic. We arrived about 2pm n the reception is kind to give us 3 room out of the 5 rooms for us to rest n put our luggages. She also tried to give us same floor as much she can help. The room is clean n nice . A separate shower room n toilet is great . Good hair dryer in the room for the ladies 😊. Nice n comfortable bed too. There are many restaurants n small eateries, and shopping in Beijing road .

This place is highly recommended for its location, train connection within door step with access to various mall, food variety and travel attraction. We were very pleased with Xiao Y’s passionate front desk service helping us to escalate the check in on arrival and gotten a complimentary upgrade with daily breakfast for 2 pax. She has extended great communication with list of food recommendation and tips for attraction visting which is awesome for first timer. The room is excellent with generous space, layout and clean. Bottled Water is refilled daily with excellence housing keeping. Overall excellence with great customer service, location and value. We will be back again and highly recommend to anyone.

We selected Citynote X Hotel after weeks of extensive research on different hotel platforms and combed through thousands of reviews. And sure it did not disappoint us. Other than the long wait for lifts which is of no fault of theirs, everything is just perfect. Excellent location, impeccable service and great cleanliness and hygiene were all that they stood for. Right smack in the middle of Beijing Walking Street, facing Big Buddha Temple, we were spoiled with plenty of food options even late at night. Hotel offers free self service laundry corner, breakfast, hi tea and even supper. This 6 months old property is very new and cleanliness is of high standard. Love their staff who are always polite and eager to go out of their way to help. We love love love this hotel and even promised the staff we will be back! Stay here like us. You sure have no regrets.

We brought our kids to Guangzhou and booked a twin room at this hotel next to Taikoo Hui in Tianhe District – and it was such a pleasant surprise! I specifically chose it because the rooms have screen mirroring. When we checked in, I mentioned that my kids love watching movies, and to my surprise, they thoughtfully arranged a room with a projector and screen, plus complimentary access to a streaming service! The picture quality was clear and there was a huge selection of content. My kids were so happy watching cartoons in the room at night, which meant I could finally relax and not have to entertain them. I even ordered some takeout and caught up on my own shows nearby – it was amazing! The front desk also proactively provided special kids' toothbrushes and slippers during check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and saved us from having to pack those extra items. The attention to detail was incredible. Plus, the hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Taikoo Hui. It was super convenient for shopping and dining, making our trip with the kids completely stress-free. The room was spotless, and the facilities were great. Our stay in Guangzhou was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely recommend this place to anyone traveling with children. The value for money and the service are both faultless!

Hotel is conveniently located opposite of Guangzhou East Railway station (Gate 4) and metro station was very near too. . Room is spacious and clean. Bed is big and comfotable. Upon check-in, staff explained us regards to the restaurant operation hours for breakfast, afternoon tea and late night supper. Bedtime milk is also provided. Guests can communicate with staff through WeChat. There is a gym and laundry room located on the 4th floor. Kids amenities are given to young children. Knowing that we were traveling with a young child and it was raining heavily at that time, Ms Crysta had extended a complimentary late check out till 3pm for us, which I am very grateful for. Overall, it was a great experience staying in 美豪丽致酒, will come again if we come to Guangzhou again

Service is really good, room is clean and nice. Its very convenient too. Just right beside a huge mall and metro. Will stay here again!

The front desk staff showed excellent hospitality. Despite the language barrier, they made the effort to use a translator to communicate, which was much appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Nanzhou MTR station which links to many attractions in Guangzhou. Breakfast could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very good place,nice view from 23 floor,reception also very nice and friendly,place also very near to the 大佛寺temple.and the metro station is just below the accommodatio,will repeat again in future

Nice clean hotel.big room with big bed. Nice breakfast. Good services
