The location is excellent, and the front desk is open 24 hours. The facilities are comprehensive, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the environment is very beautiful. The service, in particular, was exceptional. It's really a great choice for service. There's a convenience store, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby, including Shanghai cuisine. It's very convenient for business trips in the heart of Xuhui, Shanghai. Overall, it was a good travel experience.

Traveling to Shanghai with my significant other and choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! ✨ The Le Labo toiletries and deep-sleep mattress in the room immediately elevated our sense of comfort and luxury. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay incredibly reassuring. I have to specifically commend the laundry service and the late-night snacks! Usually, dealing with dirty clothes while traveling is a hassle, but the hotel's laundry service was surprisingly fast and thorough. The clothes came back with a faint, pleasant scent – truly a godsend for anyone who prefers convenience. Plus, the late-night snacks, available until 11 PM, were perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of exploring! The environment and service were also faultless. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the facilities are all very new. The only minor drawback is that the parking spaces are a bit narrow for commercial vehicles, requiring a little extra care when parking. Overall, our couple's trip experience here was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanghai!

I switched to a king-size room and it felt much more spacious. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she notified me as soon as a room became available and even arranged a quiet room for me near the community. She also had the room card ready beforehand, so I could check in immediately after picking it up. The hotel is gradually upgrading various services. For example, the internet speed in the rooms is now much faster, and they even have robots delivering food. Almost everything is provided, except for body lotion, but that's not a big issue. The housekeeping staff works very hard; they usually come before 9 AM to ask if you have laundry or if you need the room cleaned. They also restock items promptly. If you have any issues, you can just call the front desk. Oh, and the concierge even helped me receive a package during my stay. I haven't tried their breakfast, so I can't comment on it. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right outside Xujiahui Station (Metro Lines 1, 9, and 11). You won't have to worry about food, shopping, or transportation. Since the hotel is close to my company, I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance and will recommend it to my friends and family.

My mom came to Shanghai for medical treatment, and accommodations around the hospital were all 500+ yuan, which is simply unaffordable for an average family. This hotel is only 1.6 kilometers from the hospital and right next to a subway station, so you can walk there. When we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for free. I'll definitely come back to this place for her follow-up appointments next time. The value for money is just fantastic!

Our stay at Lihe hotel was absolutely amazing! The second day of our stay was very cold and the  receptionist offered to provide us with a heater so that the room would be even warmer. There was a cleaner every day who changed the bed sheets and towels. The hotel is close to a metro station and is served by about two or three lines. The room was generally clean and spacious

I booked this hotel because my company is nearby and it's not far from the hospital, as I was bringing my parents for a medical appointment. The hotel entrance is a bit small and easy to miss. It's about a 10-minute walk from Xujiahui subway station, Exit 1. It's right next to Nanyang 1931, making dining and shopping convenient. The lobby is quite spacious and usually not crowded. The family room felt a bit cramped for three adults, but that's understandable for a prime location in the city center where space is at a premium. Breakfast was originally for two, but the hotel kindly provided an extra portion for free. There weren't many people eating breakfast, so there was no queue, and the variety was decent. Their heated towel rail (shown in the fourth picture) was quite useful for drying clothes and towels. The staff were very friendly, and housekeeping and restocking were prompt. It's a good option for a two or three-night stay for business trips or family vacations, and you can also explore the Xujiahui area.

Our stay was incredibly satisfying! The hotel staff's service attitude was exceptional, always greeting us with a warm and friendly smile, which left a deep impression. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to walk to Xujiahui Academy, which is about 600 meters away. It's also very close to Longhua Temple, perfect for a family visit. Nearby, there's 1931 Nanyang Plaza with a wide variety of food options, including many Shanghai specialties, making getting around very easy. The room amenities were comprehensive and complete. The housekeeping staff (dajie) provided excellent service, even offering laundry service where our washed clothes were neatly folded and delivered to our room. The breakfast was a delightful mix of Western and Chinese options, even featuring two types of traditional tofu pudding: savory Chinese style and sweet ********* taro ball style. They offer free parking, both above ground and underground. In the late evening, there were heartwarming congee and steamed dim sum snacks available. Overall, the hotel's environment and design were very comfortable.

JjessFirst, upon checking in, the front desk lady told me, 'You didn't book breakfast. If you add breakfast, I can upgrade your room.' (The upgraded room was still small, but at least it had a window.) So, I thought, 'Alright, I'll buy breakfast for two then.' Next, I realized that the room type I booked a week in advance with a voucher was actually more expensive than the price for the same room type when I checked on the day itself. Since I couldn't cancel the voucher booking myself on the platform, I asked the front desk lady. She replied in a very businesslike tone, 'Differences in price cannot be refunded if booked through Ctrip; they can only be refunded if booked through the hotel's official website.' She offered no solution to my problem, so I had no choice but to accept it. Finally, we wanted to take the hotel's free shuttle to Yu Garden, but the driver said the hotel was very close to Yu Garden and told us to walk. Seriously! We're unfamiliar with the area and just wanted a convenient ride, but we couldn't even get that. So, I have to ask, what's the point of the hotel shuttle even having a stop for this attraction? I originally chose this hotel because I saw they offered a free shuttle service. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied.

GGuest UserA place worth its price. I choose this hotel mainly due to its price which wasn’t too expensive and met my needs (a rather bigger room). It was perfect due to the fact that I had a lot of luggage and the room was spacious enough. The location is also very nice, it is near various commercial areas and around 10/12 minutes walk from the green line (line 2), which I took to go to the oriental pearl tower. Something that surprised me was the delivery robot for takeaways, which was something I never saw in other hotels during my stay in China😂. Overall, for its price, the size of the room and the great location, I would greatly recommend this hotel👍🏻.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent; they answered all our questions and proactively helped with our luggage to the room. The room was very clean and had a huge TV, which my child absolutely loved! It was also very quiet. The restaurant's breakfast was quite substantial with a good selection of meats, eggs, and dairy, starting as early as 5:30 AM, which is great for early risers. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland, the metro, and the airport was very convenient. They even have a thoughtful butler service who remembered to turn on the AC and deliver water in advance. I encountered many international guests, and their hosting capabilities were top-notch. The lobby also has massage chairs—after a long day of playing, a massage there is simply fantastic! There's also a swimming pool downstairs, which would make the summer experience even better.

The room was clean and tidy, well-laid out, and fully equipped with amenities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The staff provided meticulous service; they were warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's suitable for both business travel and vacations; the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The dedicated concierge service from Katrina and Emily was also excellent.

JJingmozhuliunianI specifically booked this old Shanghai villa guesthouse, expecting a vintage-style renovation, but it turned out to be genuinely old! The house is ancient, the furniture is ancient, and it still retains many old artifacts. There are also signs of use from what feels like decades ago. It was a great experience, allowing me to soak in the gentle, slow-paced life of Shanghai. Nanchang Road is right downstairs, making city walks incredibly convenient. It's a fantastic spot for photos, though my ultimate destination this trip was Lhasa, so I didn't bring many nice clothes, but I did get some good street shots. It even fulfilled my wish to cycle, something I couldn't do in Qingdao, haha! Very good, very good indeed~

I initially booked the lower bunk with shared facilities which is in effect like having a bottom bunk in a hostel except here is a door to your own space. I shifted my arrival dates thus had to switch to a different room type: the single ensuite. I cost a bit more but was well worth it. I thought the room was well designed and the perfect solution for those who do not like to waste money on a hotel room…just want a clean and convenient place to sleep. The room had a single bed with an ensuite. The floor space was only sufficient to open the door, but other space was well designed. The space under the bed was sufficient for my multiple bags. Comfortable bed. Next to the headspace of the bed there were to shelves plus additional hooks to hang clothes…making 10 hooks in total….plus multiple hangers. Also next to the bed were additional light switches so you need not get up to turn off lights. There were two bottles of water, topped up each day, tissues, free earplugs and a small bin so while in bed you did not need to reach for the bin next to the bed or in the ensuite. These touches showed the thought put into the design during refurbishment of the space. The shower room was small but I had no problems. Shampoo and shower gel included as well as toothbrush and comb. Small mirror in ensuite and long mirror on wall. Wall mounted hairdryer. The towels are disposable type, not my preference and I used one alongside my travel towel. Housekeeping came each day to empty bins and top of water. The lady was very nice and upon noticing that I had been ill for a couple of days, inquired after my health and checked that I had medicine. There is a laundry; need to scan a QR code to use the program to pay. 8rmb for a wash and dry is a bargain. Near reception there is a microwave, water dispenser to get hot water, tea on tap as well as a wide selection of free tea bags, instant coffee as well as ground coffee machine & candies. The room has vents for air circulation on all the time (no windows) and a separate air conditioner control. When arriving I automatically turned on the air con, that night I felt uncomfortably warm. The aircon temp could not go lower than 18 which is reasonable except the temperature felt much higher than 18, and even though the fan speed sounded louder at different speeds it caused no movement in air. On the 2nd day I experimented with leaving the air con turned off….it was much cooler than when on so I did not use the air con again during my stay and was not too warm again. Location: West Nanjing road stop is on line 2 meaning no changes for Hongqiao or Pudong airports. It is also a connection for lines 12&13 making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is about 10-15min walk from the metro, which did not bother me at all, and I also made use of the many public bicycles. The hotel has responded to previous feedback as the instructions prior to check-in had detailed instructions from multiple dropping off points. I found the hotel no problem…it is on the 4th floor of a small building within a complex. When I went out on the first night, I came back to find that door locked, but it was easy to get back in by following the instructions from an alternative drop off point. Points to consider: - The walls of the ensuite are glass thus may be an issue if sharing a room - The walls are thin and sound travels so not good for a very light sleeper. I stayed 10 nights and on only 2 nights did I have a noisy neighbour - you may feel to cramped of travelling with large case. - the rooms on the inside have no windows. The continuous air circulation may cause dry eyes and throat when waking up. When in the room I sometimes left the door open to not feel stuffy. is new and modern. It was always clean. It is great value for money, especially considering it is in the city centre. I stayed 10 nights.
