"After spending two days at a guesthouse in Zengcuo'an, I moved to this hotel, and the service here was noticeably more attentive than at the guesthouse. First off, I loved the hotel's style. The corridors and rooms have a modern design, and the white, blue, and purple color scheme was really appealing to me. What's more, smart home features like robot service, a smart toilet, and a customizable thermostatic shower (with a lumbar massage spray mode!) added so much convenience and comfort. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful. We arrived at noon, and the lady at the front desk promptly checked me in and even offered a complimentary breakfast for our stay, which was a fantastic gesture. The hotel breakfast was another highlight. It was extensive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. They even had fresh shrimp available in the morning, which was of excellent quality. I felt like I could eat very healthily there. We also received coffee vouchers for the room, and the coconut latte downstairs tasted just as good as Luckin Coffee's. Another thing worth mentioning is how helpful the hotel's security guard was. When I was leaving, he proactively helped me lift my heavy and large suitcase into the taxi, which showed me the hotel's meticulous and thoughtful service. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant. From the high-tech environment and convenient smart home features to the warm and attentive service, everything about this hotel left a great impression on me. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xiamen and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation experience!"

"I've been to Xiamen several times, and this time staying at the Lingyue Seaview Hotel was absolutely flawless, I have to give it full marks! As soon as we arrived, a young man from the front desk came out to help us with our luggage and gave us thoughtful reminders, which made a fantastic first impression. Check-in was efficient, and the whole process was comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and even the housekeeping staff were very gentle. Whatever we needed, they arranged it immediately and perfectly; their attention to detail was exceptional. The biggest surprise was that the beach was right across from the hotel. We could walk out and dig in the sand right away. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared beach toys for the kids, who were so happy they kept saying, 'This hotel deserves 100 points!' From the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties, every single staff member was incredibly dedicated and enthusiastic, making us feel especially warm and valued. The elders were comfortable, the children were happy – this hotel was the highlight of our trip to Xiamen, a perfect experience! I sincerely recommend this place to families traveling to Xiamen; you definitely won't regret staying here. We'll choose this hotel again next time!"

"So glad I booked this hotel! It really is as pretty as in the pictures online! The staff is really lovely and friendly. Even upgraded my room into this one with balcony! I am so happy! View is amazing with the pool how lovely. The location is also perfect really close to the beach and the tourist attraction ”Zeng Cuo An” they are walking distance, really convenient! And yet this hotel is quiet I love it! Xiamen is a beautiful city. Will definitely come back again and I would love to stay in this hotel again 😊"

"The Atour Hotel Zengcuo'an, located on Huandao Road, is close to the beach in a quiet and beautiful environment. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive; they even offered us hot bottled water during check-in because of the cool weather. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurant was bright, comfortable, and offered a good variety of delicious food. While there's no subway nearby, the quiet environment is a plus, but getting to attractions requires a taxi, though thankfully it's on the island and the journeys aren't too far. Overall, a good experience and worth recommending."
