"The rooms are good for the price, the gym and swimming pool are nice additions. The best thing I found here is a little Starbucks just on the left after entering the hotel, with amazing coffees made by a gentleman named Ali, that is guaranteed to make your day!"
"Great hotel, very helpful staff (who even looked after some perishable foods for me for a few days until I returned). Very clean, great location & highly recommended"
"Booked the hotel for an event at the Royal Albert Hall, which was just a 12 minute taxi journey away. Check-in was smooth and the common areas really well presented. The room itself was great, the biggest and comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Also impressed with the bathroom having a bath rather than just a shower, and the toiletries provided were really nice too. Overall great stay."
"Lovely hotel. Very clean and good for families. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were really good with children on Halloween. The rooms are a good size for London."
"Visited for business reasons - the hotel inside is absolutely immaculate, very comfortable and excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. The location isn't excellent and from the outside it doesn't look that impressive but overall I can't fault it. Would definitely stay again!"
"Lovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again."
"Stayed here during my birthday treat in London, and it was such a pleasant experience. The location is perfect — very easy to access central London, which made getting to my dinner plans super convenient. The room was clean, nicely set up, and surprisingly comfortable for a city stay. Overall, a simple but lovely hotel that made my trip smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again."
"Reception Staff were welcoming, accommodating any requests we had made at the time of booking. They were also helpful with any requests we had made during our stay. Location was perfect - just round two corners from Earls Court tube station. Room looked as though it was being partly painted or touched up but not in the correct colour… but was clean and welcoming. The poor girl Danielle or Daniella serving breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely rushed off her feet on the Sunday when it was extremely busy and could have done with more staff on. She had to welcome every single guest, show them to their tables, make their drinks, take their hot food order, deliver the drinks and food to the tables and also clear and clean the tables for all guests all on her own. She did this all in her stride, apologising for any delays to everyone and providing service with a smile speaking in more than one language. She deserves a raise or to be paid double time in these instances! The hotel most certainly should have had more staff on to accommodate the amount of guests that there were on the Sunday and perhaps reception staff who were not busy could have assisted which would have made things much more manageable for the girl left on her own. We were glad to see that there were much more staff on the Monday. Cleaning staff for the rooms were very pleasant and they made a very good job - the rooms were spotless! All in all a very nice stay was had by us both."

Great
GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserEverything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
GGuest UserI was put off by the smallness of the room but booked anyway due to its proximity to London Euston and it held its own really nice room, really nice facilities would book again
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
GGuest UserMy stay at the Britannia Hotel Ilford was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. It’s a decent place for a short stay — nothing fancy, but it served the purpose well. Overall, an okay and good experience.
