"Book this hotel to stay and watch The blackpink concert. Hotel was unable to give room at 3pm. Have our room at 4:30pm got upgraded to suite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff are friendly and helpful in the hotel. Great location easy to get to Wembley stadium and Westfield shopping centre just 10mins walk."
"We had an amazing stay Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰 Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby Staff were kind and helpful Highly recommend!"
"I had a fantastic experience at Starnest Shepherd’s Bush. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk from great shops, restaurants, and transport links. The host was responsive and professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in West London!"
"I stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful—truly incredible. The service was excellent, and I was completely satisfied. It was exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. I had a quiet room where nobody disturbed me, so I was able to rest very well. The room was properly cleaned and hygiene was well maintained. Everything was neat and clean—the washroom, bedsheets, carpet, and even the room itself smelled fresh and pleasant. Overall, if anyone wants to explore London, Acton Travel Lodge is a very good place to stay. No matter how long you plan to stay, I would recommend choosing Acton."
"Great location, easy to locate. Walking distance to many shops and westfield mall. Easy access to the city via tube/bus (shepherd’s bush market, shepherd’s bush). The lobby was spacious and welcoming, beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was okay. I Paid more for the studio room as it is meant to be more spacious but it felt the same as the other rooms and the layout was a little off. (Booked multiple rooms) Overall we had a pleasant stay :)"
"Great location with 2 supermarkets nearby and the staff were very friendly! The room was bigger than I thought and there was a sofa in it. I have a good experience in it! btw I like their Croissant"
"The Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient ."
"This is one of the best affordable hotel option in London. I stayed in Lite Room, around 13sq.m. I don't feel petite at all. I have space for me 28 inch luggage, and space to do yoga in the room. The bed is comfy, and the Daikin air condition is a highlight to the room. At least, it is quiet. Many other hotels are noisy in hell. A few negative points. There isn't any stools or chairs in the room. It you extremely concern the hygiene of the room, as well as amenities, I suggest you not to stay in the room. There were dusts on the bed sheets, and the janitors did not help me to clean my leaking bottle of hand soap. Most importantly, the air filter is super dusty, and they are cleaning up. Anyways, I still love this hotel so so so much. All staffs (except janitors) are so nice."

Great
GGuest UserThe staff and service provided was top tier. Lee and Abhir were very friendly and supportive with any needs. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance to many places or easy to catch public transport. Amenities provided were great. Only think I'd add is some wooden spatulas as opposed to metal as the pan provided is non stick so pan was scratched up from the metal utensils provided. Again this is a very minor issue majority of the experience was so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hôtel ( amazingly comfy beds)and great staffs JENNA at The reception is extremely smiley and lovely. We love the proximity of the malls transport places to eat . It was our 3rd or 4th time here and we will come back and stay here next visit
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserEverything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!
GGuest UserLovely Hotel,, staff very welcoming and checked us in early. Room and bathroom very clean, toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Good location to tube station, plenty of food outlets/restaurants and close to Kensington. Would stay again.
GGuest UserI was put off by the smallness of the room but booked anyway due to its proximity to London Euston and it held its own really nice room, really nice facilities would book again
GGuest UserA very pleasant stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The setting of the hotel and its public areas were all very good. The brasserie restaurant and especially its breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were large and comfortable (slightly firm) but the general decor of the room was a little tired and the lighting and sockets were poorly laid out. The bathroom was clean and well stocked but the fabric of the room was very tired.
GGuest UserGreat Location, Comfortable Stay – but Get Ready for Some Stairs! We stayed at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel and loved its fantastic location, just steps away from Bayswater Station. It made getting around London incredibly easy – ideal for both first-timers and frequent visitors. The room size was decent, perfectly suited for two people. Comfortable and clean, it offered all the essentials for a pleasant stay. However, one thing to note – reaching the room involves navigating quite a few stairs. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. There's charm in the old building’s layout, but accessibility might be a consideration for some guests. Overall, great value for the location, and a solid choice if you're okay with climbing a bit!
GGuest UserMy stay at the Britannia Hotel Ilford was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. It’s a decent place for a short stay — nothing fancy, but it served the purpose well. Overall, an okay and good experience.
